@Der Deutsche-Scotsmen I’ve seen it for myself as a child. He made Black Men stand on the city corner and strip naked. All the while he stood there with a blow horn. He said that he would stop gang activity. Not once did he ever go against the white gangs or the mob, which were heavy in the part of the city that he was from ( South Philly) F him and anyone who is affiliated, related or connected to him.

Growing up in South Philly, we really caught it under his reign. We were terrorized by the police the entire time he was Mayor. He taught me how “NOT” to trust the police! I’m 60 and I still don’t trust them!
