Most ppl are the “returning residents.” Tourists don’t go to Clarendon, nor St. Thomas. I am from Portland. We follow the protocol; however, ppl are suffering from the “shutdown.” You cannot tell returning residents that they can’t return. Plus, ppl ah farrin are suffering too. Western Union soon shut down too. So, where will ppl get $$$ to eat and live?
