Definitely it is time for Jamaica to pass the death sentence for criminal who want to keep mess up the country because Jamaica need a better way that is definitely wickedness?💯💯💯💯💯💯
They do need to bring back the death penalty, and when they do they shouldn’t let them spend too much time in prison. I blame all of these killings on the government and, some of these crooked judges needs to be locked up also for just a slap on the wrist then their free again.
The men in that community shouldn’t allow the demon to be in jail. Them gather up to kill goat and cow thief and not even one a dem nuh turn up wit a stone or machete to fix his business before police catch him..
Jamaica has the death penalty. It hasn’t gone anywhere. Jamaica , and other Caribbean jurisdictions, has 5 years to execute inmates on death row after a death penalty has been ordered. If not, the inmate has to serve life imprisonment. So says England’s Privy Council in 1993 in the Pratt and Morgan vs. The Attorney General forJamaica ruling.

The wheels of Justice in Jamaica turn very slowly, especially when you have competent defense lawyers appealing, convictions, death penalty orders and so on and so forth.
If the DPP is serious about seeking the death penalty, lets see how quickly this case moves from the police to the gallows.

There needs to be serious discussion at the level that will bring about change. As horrible as this crim is, it will not be the last. Just reform has to looked at seriously.
I am on support of the death penalty. There is no doubt the death penalty will help in the reduction of crimes of murder. Stand up Jamaica. Be in charge, not the criminals.

We have death penalty for years that never stop or slow down murder,killing a person set them at ease nothing to worry about, no guilty conscience to bother them they need to live and suffer in the worst kind away,I don’t know why people think death is a punishment to who commit the crime,this wicked act who you think is suffering the mother and the 4 children no they’re gone feeling nothing again but the family and friends who is left behind iam in so much pain and I don’t know them just imagine those that know them, they should get a chance to pluck a piece of this monster every day and trow it to dog’s
I agree with the shopkeeper something more needed along with the death penalty. Some people rather die than go to prison so I think something harsher needed before they face the penalty. What that guy did to those 5 is unthinkable, him fi face some of those treatment. Some pluck out nail and teeth. God help us, protect us from these demons running lose in our country.
I have been calling for the death penalty in Jamaica for decades now. The crime rate is getting worse each year. This was a senseless killing. I agree with the community members. Just hope the government listen to their calls for action.
Yes man I agree with you, it have to tek dem like this. For a family of 5 for them to wake up, and see that people life is important, and the country is under attack.the got so much power in their hand, but dem one sided with it
