@Major Smith RBG didn’t advocate to “murder” unborn children. Only the freedom to make a choice. She was all about freedom of choice/ civil liberties.
This is purely my opinion — If America was truly worried about the lives of the unborn, they would specify that within the law. Unborn children don’t even have any legal rights, until they take their first breath, on their own. In many other countries, the unborn child is recognized as a “person”, from the time of conception.
(By the way, I come from a tradition where our age is considered from the moment of conception, per se. I am currently 40 yrs old in America — almost 41. My other/traditional age is 42, per my tradition. Nonetheless, many of us still believe that people have the right to choose. I have my faith in God also — baptized as a catholic. However, that’s between that person & God. It’s not my business, so to speak. Just my perception, of course.)

Major .., when do human embryo become “human”?
When in fact.. most mammals start with the same embryonic features, even down to the same number of Gill arches.., we do you get to justify your comparison.. , even fish stat the same as human and rabbits etc..
If you I assert that you couldn’t visually tell the difference between the embryo of a rabbit, cow or pig etc.., until the stage/ near the stage that their legs were founding….., there is nothing especially different or exceedingly distinct for seperate human embryos from other mammals.. except for well trained biologists..
