I don’t think that is a good advice telling these students that they should receive distinction MA. I study in the UK and it was not easy going against tutors who think you not capable to achieve 1st, 2.1 in your major. I which them the best and I hope none of them achieve a regular MA. What is a regular MA? I know of people who achieved 3rd in BA and ended up achieving greatness in life. Jamaicans need to stop put pressure on BA and MA students. It is rubbish because it is you against the tutors who favour the native language and people. Mr British High commissioner you know it is them against the tutors.
