Celebrated Children's Author Beverly Cleary Dies At 104 | The 11th Hour | MSNBC
R.I.P. Cleary. I loved your books as a child. One of the best.
Thank you for your life Beverly. 🙏 🙏
Loved her wonderful Henry Huggins books in particular – God bless her.
Ramona Age 8!
The first book i ever read of hers👍
I read Henry Huggins as a kid.
Beverly Cleary’s dead. No, no-no no, she’s outside looking in. Jenna Bush and her dad were both big fans of Henry & Beezus and Beverly Cleary. W personally called her on the evening of September 10 to make sure she was not in NYC.
*My heart is saddened…* 💔
Loved her books. May she rest in peace.
I read all of her books. She was awesome. Thanks for helping me come of age. Positive vibes from New Hampshire and try to be kind to each other and yourself during this pandemic and social crisis
Goodbye, Beverly
Your books are timeless. RIP Thank You.
Thank you Ms Cleary..
My son loved your books..”Socks”.. he now has his own Socks!
I love her books 📚 God blessed her
Beverly Cleary was one of my favorites. Thank you for everything, and rest in paradise!
☹️ The best! RIP 💕
She was part of my life when I was a child and kid even though I’m a transgender i remember this book when I reading wayback 90’s
This truly saddens me.I remember her Ramona books from when I was a child.( I’m 65 now) What a prolific writer who wrote about issues children actually deal with. She was in her 30’s when she started writing and wrote her last in her 80’s.Can you imagine having sustained a lovable character for 50′ years?Ramona,Henry and Beezus.I read all her books to my children and my grandchildren. She was the female Mr.Rogers of my generation …the children’s literary world has lost a legend, the world has lost a point of light.Rest in Peace Ms.Beverly….you will be celebrated and remembered for generations to come.
My fondest memories include this ladies books. RIP
R.I.P. Beverly Cleary. Your books provided me with hours and hours of entertainment as a child, and i passed my love of your books to my child as well. Thank you from both of us for introducing us to Ramona and Beezus Quimby, Henry Huggins and Ribsy, Otis Spofford, Socks, and all of the other wonderful characters you created.
This woman made my childhood a better time through her Fabulous characters & their storylines!
The world is a sadder place without her in it!
God’s Speed…..
