Jamaica still have the death penalty on the books but cannot enforce it. International Human Rights Organisation would come down on Jamaica hard .Remember Jamaica don’t produce Rice , Wheat for Flour ,Corn or Soybean. So we cannot manage any sanctions from those who feed us .
