I write to you both because I sense that justice is not well served in Dominica..I need not recite details of the cases.. of corruption., maladministration of the courts, (multiple adjournments is a new industry), violations of constitution and law..

It appears very disturbing that people would seek to be-little the accomplishments of a dead man. I fear this reflects the culture of victimization which has engulfed our country, something which Rosie himself fought so hard to eradicate.

June 1, 2011 An International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission led by Ms. Aliona Cebotari of the IMF’s Western Hemisphere Department visited Dominica during May 17–27, 2011, for the annual Article IV discussions on economic developments and macroeconomic policies.

ScienceDaily (May 12, 2011) — Dalhousie Ph.D. student Shane Gero has recently returned from a seven-week visit to Dominica. He has been traveling to the Caribbean island since 2005 to study families of sperm whales, usually spending two to four months of each year working on the Dominica Sperm Whale Project. One of the goals of this project is to record and compare whale calls over time, examining the various phrases and dialects of sperm whale communities.

How can anyone have confidence in a Caribbean Court of Justice in light of
what is presently happening in our courts these days? The entire justice
system is manipulated by crooked and corrupt politicians who control Judges,
Magistrates, Lawyers, Attorneys General, Senior Police Officers, Religious,
Financial and other Institutions, Government Departments and Agencies.
