  1. No surprise. The cost of groceries has gone sky high. Large markets like Vancouver and Toronto have always been insanely high. Gonna get to the point where properties will remain vacant for much longer

    1. Be sure to blame the responsible parties: the Liberal and NDP members of parliament and the monetary policies of the Liberal-NDP federal government.

    1. How about removing rent controls? Everywhere rent controls are implemented ends up with a shortage of rental units

  2. seems like a problem more immigrants would solve or perhaps a higher carbon tax. not like we aren’t coming up with humane solutions just look at the wonderful MAID program

  4. The rent prices are because of short term rentals and things like air BNB they have f’d everyone looking for monthly rentals over big time
