He had a blood clot which required his leg to be amputated. He then went on ventilation for a lung infection. It wasn’t cov19

So what did he actually die from? You say he went into a coma and needed a leg amputation because of “COVID”?
Entirely possible, in bad cases the virus will start attack many systems of the body including liver, kidney and reproductive system (Nature reported permanent damage caused by COVID in multiple organs). Even if it is not purely from the virus it is likely caused by other complications caused by virus and severely weakened immune system.
