The question should be, can the old and outdated corrupt Conservatives survive the newer fresher Conservative Republican party that is now coast to coast?
The answer to that is a resounding no.
Hopefully he can unite the conservative movement. He appears to be more centrist in his views. What we don’t need is a populist right wing leader because moderate conservatives will not trust a leader like that.
