Firstly the amount being paid 2500 is wickedness. That’s where the problem lies. Now an 8% increase is a lot. It’s normally an increase of 3% the most for most companies. So you see the problem is not the increase its the flat rate.

This is a international disgraced about the burials in Jamaica 🇯🇲, that should have sorted 👌 out. A very long time with the management, and it shouldn’t haveto reached to this kind of situation at all. It is really an embarrassing situation with the families of the deceased them, that you turned up to buried. Your loved ones at the cemetery and found the gate locked 🔒, and you cannot get in. So you can buried your love ones and, you don’t know what to do at all. Becaused of the carelessness of the management of, from paying their workers them.
I could not believed that they are paying the workers them, that little amount of money. In times like this in Jamaica 🇯🇲 $2,500 a day to work, what that can really buy and. The lady 👩 was saying that they are getting a nice raise, that lady is really sick into her head.I hope that the funeral owner does not let this kind of things to happen again, when people come to buried their loves ones. They found the gate locked 🔒 and, they already got their money 💰. They want to collect but they does not want to pay out at all, they are all for themselves ok 😉 👌
