Penelope Kahler Swan don’t understand that means but from what I’ve listened to now, Lammy seems/sounds more credible right now.
The same thing is said by the UK people about the escapades of the US president. More than three years ago they voted to leave the EU and since that moment everybody is still talking about how and when. Three years of uncertainty wrecked the UK people and their businesses.
