Dr. Isaac Bogoch says if schools are closed again, that time needs to be used in order to make classrooms safer for in-class learning.

When can Ontario home owners expect their tax refund?
And how does that help anything?
You want your $50 back? Lol
@Stewart D Get a better tax guy.
@Praveen Goel You must be a private business owner. Derp derp
Fat chance of that. CPP and EI deductions just went up Jan 1. Happy New Year Canada 🔥 🇨🇦
@Praveen Goel ah, we do through taxes…
So no school taxs?
And you pay how much? Healthcare is $7000 per person, what’s your big contribution?
😆
School should be free and paid for my the taxpayers. College and university
@Stewart D you mean the big contribution I gave your wife last night?
@Bellini94
Lol 😆
@Shane Nath
Why should I pay for you to make more money?
How many deaths and hospital capacity again? Everyone i hear from says they’ve had a cold this holiday season….. Including those who went and got tested for moronic too….
How about we all just live in the Metaverse forever until our eyes bleed and our brains rot? The outside is soooo scary
meta what now ? Is that some type of pornography repository ?
plug me in!
@No Name Kinda. It’s Mark Zuckerbergs wet dream
A trade of a flu kind of virus for a meta-mind virus we are screwed 🤯🤣
@Parts Unknown HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
remember when they said lockdows would last a few weeks?
how many of those few weeks are we talking about?
Just 2 more weeks to flatten the cheesecake from Crack Ford.
2 years to flatten the middle class.
Neo-feudalism, you masked for it!
i wonder if this doctor ever sees patients more than TV anchors.
is he even a real doctor, lol, doesn’t seem to listen or read what the real scientists from around the world say.
@wally look him up you’ll find your answer.
@wally Joe Rogan sounds more informed than this doc
@Sweet Momster That’s because Joe Rogan isn’t owned by big pharma like this hack.
He is a phd, not a physician bud. You wanna hear a family doctor talk about population studies?
Yeah do all those things that didn’t work in the past. I’m done with these “restrictions”, and many restaurants I frequent are as well. Looking forward to civil disobedience.
November 8th is Canada’s March day.
Stand4thee for info
They did and do work. But they are compromised as soon as the graph line shows a downward trend. It only takes one person to restart a pandemic.
@Alan Macphail
No they didn’t and don’t work. COVID cases die down in the Summer when the restrictions are lifted.
@Alan Macphail Health Agency of Canada Dec. 23th:
2020 = 15,787 deaths out of 588,939 cases (2.68% overall case fatality rate)
2021 = 14,344 deaths out of 1,361,061 cases (1.05% overall case fatality rate)
An FDA Commissioner even said that the 2 meter rule was made arbitrarily.
Care to explain how restrictions worked?
@Oh No Get Out! So a website with an abundance of spelling mistakes?
Not hard to ” rent” a ” doctors” opinion.
Especially if you’re big pharma!
Strange how someone so educated could be so stupid ( he must have been bought )
We need to be accelerating the spread not slowing it down. Take advantage of this weaker strain and push through.
This is the best solution, everyone gets it then there is nothing to protect against
just like India it picked so high in the spring and cases have now flattened , look at the data worldwide covid meter
@johnnycroat very little testing in india
@josh77577 A convenient excuse. Was it also “very little testing” when they were hitting 400,000+ cases per day? You can’t have it both ways.
Just let it sink in that despite triple the cases than previous highest point in the uk … their current hospitalizations is less than half it was this same time last year
Omnicron has done more to reduce covid deaths than the vaccines 😛
so which part of the happy new year are we missing here? the happy one, the new, or the year? it seems like nothing at all has changed.
2021 changed to 2022
More death in 2021
Less in 2022
What will happen in two weeks that hasn’t been taken care of in the last two years. Poor decision for the government in my opinion. I will be starting now my two week unpaid vacation.
From the beginning of the year it has been painfully obvious that remote learning in Canada was lacking at best. When they returned to the classrooms my daughter had to be advanced from her grade 1 class to a higher class as an exception, as her entire grade 1 class was at a kindergarten learning level. Her teacher was worried about stifling her advancement. In addition mental health disorders in children are rising. This administration wants to raise another generation of depressed zombies who rely on medication and are dumb, sedated and obedient. One simply cannot be a critical thinker when they are struggling to survive.
Grade levels are just made-up so of course they promote them all. It’s not high school so don’t worry.
My kids online learning here in Ottawa was superb and my children advanced nicely. Not sure what you are talking about. They also don’t have mental illness by being in their own home. If your child is at home and that is causing mental health problems then the problem is bigger than just online school vs in school. The problem is parents allowing their kids to go crazy with no routine and rules and can’t control their kids 100%.
They are harming this generation of children in so many ways especially mentally.
@fraslex I know I am not worried about my girl but I am pissed on behalf of the parents of a room full of grade 1 kids who are still trying to figure out the difference between “b” and “d” and the sounds of letters when they should be reading books by now. All of my kids were reading in grade 1. The teachers are very overwhelmed trying to play catch up and there is no reason for it
@FemBot the entire medical field agrees that online learning causes depression and anxiety among children. This has nothing to do with controlling your kids at home.. I think we are all parenting to the best of our abilities during this pandemic.
Cases should never be the standard in which we base our decisions

That’s the % of confirmed cases. It is likely much lower when considering many cases go untested and unconfirmed because the symptoms are minimal.
Great, I accept that risk…. screw lockdowns, open it all up !
Deaths WITH covid. They are quite explicit in their (Canadian Government) definition of a covid case. It includes close contacts, assumed cases, and asymptomatic case. If you tested positive before a flight, but had no symptoms, and died in a car crash on the way home, you would be counted as someone who died with covid; +1 to the overall case fatality rate.
It’s even more damning when the governments own data doesn’t represent their actions
LIKE CHILDREN NEVER HAD COLD BEFORE……can’t stand this doctor

They consider to close small businesses and make them homeless and starving to death, great job Ontario experts and government 👍

You can tell this Bogoch guy really enjoys being on TV. He’s not very busy as he’s the Doctor they always bring on. Amazing stuff.
At the moment we have 1.5 hospitalizations per hospital in Canada. 1830 hospitalzations and over 1200 hospitals.
