@Thyalwaysseeklike I said earlier, if you want to hear the real undeniable truth about how real systematic racism is in America, why all the protests, the violence etc is happening, nobody explains it better than Dave Chappelle in his show 8:46. Anyone who can watch that whole show, and deny or demonize what he explains, is a pretty sickening individual. I hope that show goes viral and people at least listen. Because America is done with everything he is bringing to light like no one else can.
I like drinking… but I don’t get behind the wheel when I do it. Dude was so drunk he fell asleep with the car running. At that point the police have to do something, and you have to admit there’s a problem.
How about just be escalating the situation. That way the cop doesn’t have blood on his hands but apparently these cops are so bloodthirsty they kill someone for being drunk.

they did do something. they asked if he had weapons, they presumably searched him. when he ran away with a non lethal weapon (that they saw him miss), they shot him in the back. that officer committed manslaughter. whether the guy was drunk and in the wrong, resisting, none of that matters. what matters is a lawyer will prove the cops knew he didn’t have a lethal weapon and they shot him in the back. game over
Sure, but none of that is relevant to the use of deadly force on a clearly unarmed individual.

Sean the dude did take their taser and shot it at the police and you can find the full video elsewhere. I saw it on World news tonight like 4 hours ago. They tried to use non lethal force and the dude took that option away.

Yeah that definitely didn’t need to happen. If there’s one thing I’m learning it’s that calling the cops definitely escalate the situation.
Cops were right on this one. He swung at them and stole the taser and fired back at them. He made multiple bad decisions that night.
Drinking and driving not having a plan, being alone, and trying to fight off the cops while drunk.

The only life threatening ones here are the cops. Was he in the car?? no. Did he have a deadly weapon?? no. he assaulted the cop and tried to flee, the punishment for that IS NOT MURDER!!!

Resisting arrest is never good, neither is pointing and firing an object at night at an officer. Sorry for his death, but a little wise decision making goes a long way. People need to learn you resist in court not in the street in the middle of the night.
