  1. I experienced identify theft and credit card fraud about 15 years go that was tied back to Rogers. It started by someone using my personal information to impersonate me and change my address at my bank a day after I setup a new account at Rogers. No coincidence. The criminal also setup a new cell account at Rogers that was tied to my credit card. It ended with the police telling me that Roger’s was impossible to deal with because they needed a court order or else Roger’s would refuse to talk to them and the police were not willing to get a court order in my case. Roger’s absolutely sucks.

  3. In any organization that’s poorly run, the rot starts up top. In this case a compelling case be made that Edward Rogers has been responsible for the revolving door of senior executives and even replaceing management at the Toronto Blue Jays.
