“We cannot have someone in the Oval Office who doesn’t understand the meaning of the word ‘confidential’ or ‘classified’.”
– Orange Con Artist (2016)
@casey bartlett 1. Why are you replying to me?
2. This is misinformation.
3. Reported & Blocked.
@Jordan Keith it’s true will be out soon
But isn’t the special master request moot at this point? The FBI would have had a separate team go through everything and determine relevance and privilege, and already given everything applicable to the investigation to the investigators. Is the special master supposed to ask for things back, and please forget that you saw them?
@Richard Quick II does attorney-client privilege still hold when a crime is involved?
@Laurent Dupasquier
Yeah!
What you said.
Unbelievable that he hasn’t been indicted yet which means there’s something even worse than what we know. I am grateful for people close to this criminal turning on him to save our democracy and national security.
THE 👑 QUEEN SERENA WILLIAMS JUST WON HER 1ST GAME IN ROUND 1 6-3 & 6-3 SO EVEN THO’ THIS IS HER RETIREMENT TOUR SHE AIN’T DONE YET SON ✊️😎💯💪🤣😂🤣😅😂
@The Chumps been dumped. WHERE THA WEED AT YO’ ✊️😎✌️😅🤣😂🤣
@SNOOPY SNOOP
WTF has Serna Williams or weed got to to with this thread?
The rest of us would be in jail already.
Privilege and Rich Entitlement has its perks doesn’t it.
This is class warfare, you better start fighting back. Pitchforks and torches now.
Just ask Hunter……..
How does the appointment of a “special master” affect the various intelligence agencies access to these documents? National security should hold priority over the Trump’s spurious claims of privilege.
It’s just another piece of poo they are flinging as a distraction in attempt to gum up the process. It’s like a team losing 100-0 with 2 minutes left on the clock and using all their remaining timeouts.
Delays the process
I don’t think it really matters. Those documents have already been reviewed. One more example of Chump & Co. incompetence. It would have been a lawyer/team & they would be required to review the docs for items that might not be included on the search warrant or things that might be personal letters/writing that are not required to be kept by NARA. You would have to rely on everyone’s professional ethics. But luckily they filed that so late.
they’ve already been reviewed at DOJ. Glad they’re not wasting any more time this is serious stuff
“Unfoldered”? These documents are kept in “Jackets” for protection. The documents were removed from their jackets and were intermixed with unclassified or lesser classified documents.
@The Adventures of Ajax the Hellenic Hare Hound imagine what could happen to trump and company back in the day when j Edgar Hoover was in the FBI and our elder hawkish former Presidents were around and laws dealing with this type of activity were enforced. Hoover and the hawkish Presidents would have Trump’s head on a silver platter.
Disguised with McDonalds wrappers and an XXXXL golf jacket receipt.
@eatmorenachos
I’ve been doing it as well.
@just little old me
Especially, if Donald J.Trump, looked better in a dress than, J. Edgar Hoover, did.
✌
Oh dear, a bad filing system
Elie Honig provides clear, direct, relevant, and, fair information every time he appears on CNN.
@DELTA TANGO ELECTRONICS give one example ..
@Mike Ainsworth Does that hurt your fragile feelings?
EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL, hollow words when it has become evident that serious federal laws have been broken and the PERPETRATORS are still walking around DEMANDING their ‘rights’.
@Katie Benezue Glad to have your company.
@OmniMale If 100,000 Americans died in just 20 states. What does that add up to? And once again, do you actually believe Republican states numbers on Covid-19 deaths?
it’s so odd and disturbing that someone as inept, vile and dispicable as that was aloud to have these documents for even 1hr let alone 2 years, it’s disgracful and shamful that charges still have not been made and is walking around free. I can’t belive the system is so weak that someone can get away with so much acts of treason
@john200715 think it is actually deeper then that – the US elects the president directly. It’s inherently about the individual. They are referred to as “the leader of the free world” etc. the entire system is about holding the president above everyone else.
Compare to a parliamentary system where the party is elected and the PM is just the leader of the party – and really just another minister. And they can be removed pretty quickly – and it’s not a huge political issue when it happens (see Boris Johnson).
Then you need to include both clinton ‘ s too 👌
“January 2022. In its initial review of materials within those boxes, NARA identified items marked as classified national security information, up to the level of Top Secret and including Sensitive Compartmented Information…”
–Archives letter to 45’s legal team May 10, 2022.
If you know anything about classified documents (anything, for example – on the job work), you would know how serious this is to national defense. How Trump is not in a jumpsuit now is mystifying to me.
@Robert Mclane And you are not well. Your 6th grade education with classmate Jethro Bodine (Beverly Hillbillies) has not served you well.
@nancy yanicki I am with you on that.
@Pho Neapps LOL 😉😉😉
For the past three decades, military service members have had extensive annual training on insider threats.
I defy a single service member to show me how what trump did DOES NOT fall under the warning signs of an insider threat.
And everyone working at CIA, NSA, FBI, DIA, State, the NRO and more. Mandatory annual training on “need to know”, classification procedures, proper storage, etc. This is all serious stuff – Trump thumbed his nose at the US.
And, of course, any document deemed to be covered by “Executive Privilege” — IE a record of Presidential discussions and deliberations — is BY DEFINITION a government document which by law must be archived rather than taken. So Trump’s assertion that there are such documents is YET ANOTHER admission of guilt.
Wanna hear something really gross ?
trump opens mouth
@Ronald King no, my logic is that when two sides are giving conflicting stories usually the truth is somewhere in between. For this story, if any crime was committed I believe it was entrapment by the officials that he had been cooperating with.
Math is pure logic. If it doesn’t work out, it won’t work out.
“This was not just extreme carelessness with classified material, which is still totally disqualifying. This is calculated, deliberate, premeditated, misconduct. Followed by a cover-up.” ~Donald Trump (July 2016)
I speak my mind.
@MARK LUCCA not convinced you have one.
“In my administration, I’m going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information. No one will be above the law.”
– Donald Trump, 2016
@Peaser ?
@Judi Cooke
They will.
Donald J.Trump’s, Presidential Library, will make sure of it.
In the margins of the speech, I bet Trump wrote “except for me, because if the President does it it’s not illegal.”
Remember when sharing classified documents used to be a misdemeanour? Then someone upgraded it to a felony with a minimum of five years’ imprisonment. Anyone remember the name of the guy who did that? 😂
Hopefully 5 years will be all it takes and he’s wheeled out of prison in a coffin cart.
@Dunky Gamer man so much love from the party of tollerance 🤣🤣🤣
@Giuseppa They’re not waiting for anything, they’re conducting an investigation.
The GOP’S new motto should be, “the law applies to everybody else but us!”
*This is what actually happened. This video is not for kids, it’s shocking* EVERYDAYS.ICU
Mr. Dunn – respect to you.
@Jason Bone You sound like you got brainwashed by them, please go watch 10 matt walsh episodes right away!
@Potato Hero That probably wouldn’t work on people who don’t have brain damage.
Just lock him up – he’s obviously committed a massive and damaging security breach almost beyond comprehension. Prison.
