Fluff PR story to try and offset some of the absolutely evil tickets Canadians have been given by SOME ignorant officers, for living and breathing. Glad to see the human side of the force still exists.
Hope they give him a 850 dollar fine
My son turned 30 APRIL aswell wasn’t able to see or hug my first born on his 30th..heart breaking. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KID! THAT WAS VERY NICE OF THE OFFICERS TAKING THE TIME. ❤🇨🇦🙏blessings.
je suis fier du quebec
Keep up Canada!😘
Is someone going to pay the fine I got?
Ya, you are.

You must live a really dark and depressing life.
Must have been an “essential” birthday. If i drive anywhere but the grocery store i can be fined. My grandmother would have loved to see someone for her birthday.
This is fluff pr for the Canadian police nothing more
