Extraordinary life and career of Dominica’s Ambassador to CARICOM and the OECS captured in gripping biography
Roseau, Dominica – December 31, 2009……… A biography of the extraordinary life and career of Ambassador Charles Maynard will be launched on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at the Fort Young Hotel from 6.30pm.
The book Charles Maynard: A Life in Public Service was written by prominent Dominican Attorney and accomplished writer, Justice Irving Andre.
The 272 page book chronicles the variegated life and career of Charles Maynard. It highlights his significant contribution to Dominica’s political, economic and social development for over five decades.
This biography of Mr. Charles Maynard comes two years after he launched the publication: Pathways to Service: A life in Public Speaking.
Copies of the book will be available at the book launch next Tuesday at the Fort Young Hotel and at various business establishments in Roseau.
