The Amish are being affected by covid
Follow the science and take care of yourself. In the last year I have heard little to nothing about sleep, sunlight, diet and exercise. If more people thought of food as nourishment and put down the McDonald’s, doughnuts, Mountain Dew etc. Cared about getting 1-2 hours of exercise a day instead of the new Netflix show. You’d feel better and be better off.
@Oswald James I’m for that as well. That’s why I included EB eggs as one of my suggestions. This brand of egg is higher in vitamin D than most other eggs. A regular egg may have 6% dv of vitamin D, whereas an EB egg can have up to 35% dv of vitamin D. There was once someone who commented that when they had their D levels tested, they found theirs went down even after supplementing. I mentioned the eggs, and she said that she had dropped eggs as part of her diet, so my thinking is that it’s possible that your body may absorb D better through food than supplements (if sunlight isn’t an option of course).
@Nathan Skip Nathan, I think anything they told us wouldn’t apply to everyone. Here is what I mean. I think the reaction is genetic, for instance, nobody argues that smoking is good for you, but everybody who smokes doesn’t get cancer so what combines with the toxins to form cancer? Genetics. The same with disease, it will be mild in some people and severe in others of the same age. Why? It’s the same virus, so barring comorbidities, it’s genetic. That really is the only answer.
@Maryella Rose i think if you have a good immune system, perhaps watch your sugar intake, and know the right vitamins and supplements to take, then you’ll be fine. But if don’t take note of those things or don’t have a good immune system, then you may not be. And if you’re one who wears a mask, then I recommend trying to find one that is antimicrobial or antiviral (if you want more details, I’ll give them out).

@Tesla-V it’s actually population density which explains why many blue states have more cases than red states, but even Texas and Florida has numerous covid cases, plus take a look between North Dakota and Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania has more cases due to its population and its cities, North Dakota is mainly rural and therefore they do not get as many cases as u would in Pennsylvania
