@Joe I come from the UK and we have no affirmative action laws and due to this, inherent white bias goes unchallenged. Britain is one of the few western countries where black people outperform whites of the same social class academically, yet despite this fact black people get nowhere near the opportunities as whites despite being more educated and in France it is even worse because France don’t measure anything racial as a government law, so discrimination goes unchecked, which is why in France unemployment is super high because there is zero consequences for having an unwritten policy of not hiring black people. Why do you think you see so many Black British actors in American films? because they cannot get any work in the UK with the inherent bias of the British TV and Film industry.
