Biden is sending them $1400 for assistance and sending $ to struggling families to keep them in their homes, instead of being evicted. He’s helping small businesses to pay employees who are temporarily out of work, due to the shutdowns.
With 2 million vaccinations per day (100 million within 2 months), herd immunity will be accomplished within another 2 months. Life is returning to normality and our economy is on the verge of skyrocketing.

The Atlanta trip was very important but sadly the trip exposed several Gaffes made by Joe. I was very surprised when I heard Joe state words to the effect that, “as of now total deaths in America from the COVID-19 virus total 527,726. That’s more deaths that occurred in World War I, WWII, Vietnam and the 9/11 attack. Actually I was shocked because I was sure he was incorrect. It turned out he was.
Yahoo News ( hardly conservative) did some fact checking and learned that the VA administration records that 392,393 people died in combat during the three wars. The September 11 attack killed 2977 Americans. As part of World War II and not included in this number what is the fact that 226,000 soldiers and civilians died in the atomic bomb attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The sum total of these deaths (621,374) are far more than the USA deaths from COVID-19.
Joe also stated words to the effect that two months ago the USA did not have nearly enough COVID-19 vaccinations available for the American people. Again the fact checking the show this was incorrect. The Trump administration ordered and paid for 800 million doses of COVID-19 vaccinations. Kaiser Health estimated that that would be enough to vaccinate over 200 million people.This did not include the vaccinations that had yet to be approved by the CDC.
We all need to ensure that Joe’s presidency is the best one ever and we would hope that his staff and his handlers would give him Q cards or 4 x 5 cards that he could read off of to get his numbers straight so that he is not prone to committing these Gaffes. When Trump made these errors we called them lies. So far Joe hasn’t gotten to that point yet.
“226,000 soldiers and civilians died in the atomic bomb attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.” Were those American soldiers and civilians? I don’t believe that we had soldiers stationed in Japan at the end of WWII. Why weren’t they evacuated prior to the atomic bombing?
Nor do I believe that we had 800 million doses of vaccine stockpiled when Biden took office.

I’ve subscribed to The White House, manger net works, MSNBC, This News Now. There are briefings, daily, COVID-19 Reponse Team briefings, along with the Pentagon breifing, they are just a few. He speaks or a person part of his Administration speaks just about daily, there a program where he speak one on one on Saturday. There is no reason for anyone not to know what he or his Administration is doing, unless of course its classified.

Yes, to quote the Georgia state representative, Biden is an “incredibly empathic president” that is such a great thing to hear after four years of indescribable narcissistic vileness from Trump. Biden is not perfect, but first up he is a decent human being. I believe this is America’s best chance to bring out the latent goodness in folks, and maybe counteract the hatred spewing from the mouths of the GOP, white nationalists, Fox News and all of the right wing media.
