In my opinion, the Jamaican government should strive to ensure every Jamaican child can read and write. An educated child is less likely to become a violent offender as an adult. I know it can’t happen overnight but this should be a long term agenda. If Jamaica can manage it’s affairs more efficiently, who knows, Jamaicans may be called upon in the future, in an administrative capacity, in Africa some day. Like I said long ago, it’s time for a reset in Africa. 🕴️🗣️
