This is what happens when a government doesn’t govern and instead tries to make private industry fill in the gaps during a pandemic. Priorities get screwed up because of profit seeking behaviour and a lack of good federal leadership. The only success stories we’ve had in this crisis have been from countries that implemented coherent top-down plans and weren’t shy about setting the terms. Plus, America’s still cleaning up the mess Trump left behind, and who knows how long that’s going to take.

Testing is no longer useful when you’ve allowed the virus to spread uncontrolled.
Testing is no longer useful because the tests are highly questionable as is the entire Biden administration.
