Of the 482 cases in the county, over 350 are linked to one nursing home. 90% of the deaths unfortunately to that home as well. While the home has needed help and left behind by the state gov for weeks, that same gov. won’t allow the rest of the county, comprised of 164,000 people, to shift to yellow ( controlled, socially distant, relatively safe), while every county surrounding has done so. People here will simply start opening, and law enforcement has agreed to not prosecute…logic prevails

*I would have to agree with that- If you have 30 people leaving China to enter the USA- with the travel restrictions only 1 person is not allowed to board that plane to help stop the spread of the virus- The non citizen of the USA is the only one that cannot board that plane
