@Justin B SCOTUS won’t even take up the case. In both cases in the last few years involving the GOP trying to eliminate perfectly legal and law-abiding ballots (notice the trend here?), Justices Kavanaugh and Thomas were among the majority throwing out the cases, saying voters followed the letter of the law as laid down by their state so eliminating their ballot was unfair punishment on them for something they didn’t do wrong.
The same will happen here. Any spoiled/incorrect ballots will, as always, be thrown out, but perfectly legal ballots will be counted. And SCOTUS won’t intervene in that. That’s literally the basis of democracy.
