  1. So sooner or later native born Jamaicans might be asked to leave the country. I truly understand why some people behave the way they do. If a fi wi country an wi caan enjoy it a who a guh enjoy it?

  2. Its a dam shame :what the people of Jamaica had to go through, because they don’t have people making good decisions, and it doesn’t just started yesterday

  3. Smh only in jamaica foreigners aren’t even allowed to own land outright in countries like the Phillipines

  4. In most countries the locals and tourists share the beaches. Why is it different in Jamaica?. This can’t be allowed to happen, section off the beaches so that the locals can continue using it as we know the tourists do not want to be pestered by rentless selling.

  5. While I appreciate TVJ for bringing this situation to light, I would have liked to hear what the government plans to do to remedy this problem. It is disgraceful that in 2023 we are still dealing with public beach access in Jamaica when other Caribbean countries have already taken care of this issue years ago.🤔🏖️🏝️🇯🇲

  6. I do hope they have a good solution for these people because too often these people who peddles their wares on the beaches in Jamaica are been victimized as long as they are not wrong doer’s they should get a chance to feed themselves and their family

  7. This government is so wicked towards poor people, they really don’t want to reduce the crime, when you’re taking away people’s lively wood.

  8. The tourists bring money in. The government should provide locals with well constructed stalls in one area near the hotel/Beach to sell their craft/goods.

  9. What is really happening in this country??!! Are we as a people going to sit idly by and allow the powers that be continue to deny us the ordinary people access

  10. It’s a crying shame that Jamaicans can’t access the beach in our own country…soon won’t have access anywhere from what’s going on😢

  11. This should not be happening how can Jamaican dont have access to the beach what is going on with all due respect Jamaican stand up for ur rights

  12. It’s a damn shame that the government deals with citizens in Jamaica. It is just like a second-class citizen they don’t care about them, so sad
