SOME OF THE LAWYERS, JUDGES, AND JURIES SHOULD TAKE A ALCOHOL BREATHALYZER TEST BEFORE THEY GO INSIDE THE COURTHOUSE.
THEY SHOULD HAVE EVEN BEEN TESTED SO THAT THEY ARE DRUG-FREE.

When you listened to the whole scenario about this case,I don’t really see all this excitement. Because what the judge is doing,he is denying the constable constitutional rights. Once a person is arrested and placed in front of the court, and his lawyer requesting bail. I don’t really see the judge reason to denied bail,as long as they can put up the bail bond. Because there is no grounds here for the judge,to refused from discussing about bail here. The judge job is like a moderator in the case, to listened to the evidences and. Try to deal with the case without any malicious feelings, the accused is innocent. Until he is found guilty,in the court of law,but some of those judges is. Abusing their power,he can remove off the case,if the lawyer strongly believes. That the judge is a threat to the case, several other people had committed murders and got bail. I am not trying to defend constable Maitland at all, but he deserves to get bail . According to what I am understanding, that the case against constable is very, very weak. That is not him really killed the girl,it is his baby mother do the killing.But he is trying to cover up her death, and maybe involving organized dumping of the body.I understand that they are charging the wrong person for murder, they should have charged cons Maitland. For adding and abetting in the 2nd degree,or principal in the 2nd degree for murder.If you arrested and charged a person under the wrong section and chapter, he bound to walked out of that court free. Once his or her lawyer can pointed out the errors, to the court. The court have no option more than to dropped,all the charges against the accused. I have seeing that done on several occasions, because the person is charged wrongfully. I know that you have some cyber bullies out there, they does not understand the intricacies about the court at all,ok.
