My friend, just remember, a presidential pardon (Whether issued by Trump, Pence, or even (Cannot believe I am typing this) Biden) would not shield him from state prosecution… The best part if he should attend Biden’s Inauguration is that the courts know EXACTLY where he will be to serve his subpoenas at 12:01 PM on 01/20/2021.
