    1. @A ReliableSource you must live some where other than the United States since the only qualification here to be able to offer an opinion is that you’re a citizen thanks to the first amendment. i am currently out of work due this pandemic so while i’m doubt full about the time line they want in getting back to work it’s encouraging to hear that our leaders are working on it. while i’m not a Trump fan he is still the President of the United States of America not the Divided States of America and in this time of crisis we need to put our hate aside and focus on the common enemy. this is not the time for pointing fingers and placing blame this is the time to make due with what we have and persevere as Americans are known for doing. after this crisis passes we will have plenty of time to point fingers and argue over pointless topics with no easy answers

    2. @Barry Dickinson I am sorry that COVID-19 has adversely affected your employment situation; I hope the recently passed legislation will go a long way in helping you out over the coming months. Now, may I also offer up some clarification regarding your statement “the only qualification here to be able to offer an opinion is that you’re a citizen thanks to the first amendment”; the First Amendment prevents the government from restricting speech. So, while I would not be someone that would prevent you from stating your beliefs it has nothing to do with the First Amendment. Now as far as our “dear leader” working on “getting back to work” and thinking this “it’s encouraging to hear that our leaders are working on it”; but they are not “working on it”. The Trump is just pulling this “open by Easter Sunday” out of his back side, it is just him performing for the cameras, it is not based on reality nor does it have any supporting data. There is no indication that this is even a good idea to bring “hope” to the public; it is only some stupid stunt to stop the stock markets from free fall. Now is exactly “the time for pointing fingers and placing blame”. If the Trump is not held up to account for his incompetence he will think “see, I am right about this again”. Yes, you are correct that it “is the time to make due with what we have” and what we have is a failed leader.

    3. @A ReliableSource if we lose hope then chaos will reign and lets not forget that the entire world was unprepared for this pandemic not just the United States plus if the Chinese government hadn’t lied and tried to cover up the outbreak we would have been able to better prepare for this disaster. though our leaders are struggling to get through this. I look at how other countries are handling this pandemic and even though ours isn’t perfect we’re better off than every one else so I wouldn’t say our leaders have failed … yet

    4. though our opinions may differ i’m glad to have had this interaction with you. as an American I think everyone has the right to an opinion whether I agree with them or not. America is F’ing huge so nobody is going have the same upbringing which means many points of view and many opinions. A person brought up in a rural area that’s an hour away from emergency services such as police will have a different view on gun rights than a person growing up in a large city rife with gun violence. What is the solution? nobody knows but my opinion is that instead of restricting types of guns restrict where people are allowed to posses them for example not allowing any guns period within large cities or places that large groups people gather. but that’s not a perfect solution either just an opinion but with the opinions of many other people from many other backgrounds maybe we can come up with a better solution than we already have in place I just wish all our leaders would quit wasting time pointing fingers and start doing their jobs that bill should have been passed way sooner so they could have seen and been already working on fixing any loopholes that slipped by. nobody’s perfect but I believe that if we focus more on fixing our mistakes and making improvements rather than bickering and blaming each other for things that don’t have a perfect solution we’d be much better off.

    5. @Barry Dickinson Berry, you make a correlation that can not be made; “if the Chinese government hadn’t lied and tried to cover up the outbreak we would have been able to better prepare for this”. Nope, stop it, don’t be stupid, this “if then” statement is not true. America was not prepared because of the failure of the Trump. The Trump was the one that wasted the months of January, February and all of March. Don’t you dare transfer the responsibility to the failures of the Chinese government. This is all and only the fault of the Trump and his incompetent administration. You really don’t think that “our leaders have failed”; Berry, please sit up straight so this does not go over your head, again. Yes, the leadership at the federal level has failed America again and they continue to fail. It is the state and city governments that are picking up the pieces and doing the best in a bad situation. The Trump does not get credit for nothing but failure.

  1. This guy is not playing around. He means business. Refreshing to hear intelligence. I salute you sir.

    1. It’s obvious he has competence and obvious that Trump doesn’t on anything.. such a contrast btw the two

    1. @Annie Warbux What happened to no borders no walls no USA at all Russia Russia Russia. You won’t hear Rachel saying China China China even know they burned down the medical supply factories before they released the virus than sent their infected citizens around the world for the Chinese New Year.

    2. @Bubbles👈 Blah blah blah blah waa waa waa waa…..
      HELLO!?😲
THIS VIRUS KNOWS NO WALLS, NO BRIDGES, NO TROLLS!! WAKE UP!! EITHER PITCH IN OR MOVE ON!! YOUR WORDS HAVE NO POWER OVER THE INEVITABLE!!!

  2. This guy is spectacular. He is making sense, he has numbers, he is not lying or avoiding answering…what a breath of fresh air!!

    1. @Annie Warbux Politics isn’t about being clear, being honest, or even doing anything for those that elect you. Politics is about gaining and keeping power. If communicating clearly, being honest, and working hard for the people got them into those positions, that’s what they would do. But that isn’t what Americans are looking for when they are putting their votes down, sadly.

    2. @Rawda Aljawhary my brain doesn’t know what to with FACTS and PLANS anymore.

      just kidding I LOVE IT.

    1. @daneiten1 HAHAHA! Trump sycophants never have questions. They just genuflect to the Orange-faced freak and scream “Fake News” at their TV screens.

    2. @Sam No place else? Wow. I still wish you all the best in these dire times. May your country get through this, like the rest of the inflicted planet. Good luck wishes from The Netherlands.

    3. M W Sorry if I’m watching a American General talk on a American broadcasting station about problems America is facing and what we can do to best plan for saving American lives… Maybe you should watch more Netherlands TV so not to get offended and thank you for your good luck wishes! 🙃☺️

    4. @Sam I think you misread my sincere good luck wishes. There was no sarcasm or being offended there. But why would you add ‘and and no place else?’ As far as I’m concerned, I hope you guys will get through this from the bottom of my heart, and I am not American. But apparently you won’t give a crap about the rest of the world. Even now, after I was so well wishing to you, you go into full youtube-war mode. Is fighting each other all you guys do over there? From where we are standing, it does in fact seem so. Everything with you guys is always about arguing and being offended. If anything, that war-like attitude is the very thing that will drag your beautiful country down the drain. Believe me, if the rest of the world would not blindly follow the US on most levels, we would glaaaaaaadly stop watching you guys, because it is kind of hard to bare the endless stupidity.

    5. M W well my apologies for misreading but I’m a American citizen and I believe American is the best and greatest country on Earth. Sorry if that upset or offended you, If you must know I was not born in America so my perspective is of a none bias one just coming from facts and logic

  3. He’s a general he’s in the military. straight to the point just the facts. no beating around the bush. have you ever tried beating around the bush to a military person?

  4. Hadn’t seen a governmental leader come on screen and not lie in so long, I almost don’t know what to think. A grown adult that makes sense? What is that?

    1. “After 10 minutes of this guy I’m ready to build something.”

thanks, dude. i needed a good laugh.

  5. God Bless this man
For the athiests: May he be blessed with good fortune for his great service to humanity.

  6. This is the same guy who told Trump to shut up at the wall; “Sir, there could be some merit in not discussing that.”

    1. Interesting. I didn’t know he was the same guy. This gives me even more hope now. This guy has got some courage to him. I like that and thank you for sharing.

  7. Oh man, this is what leadership is: Knowing what you’re talking about and speaking the truth, directly, no self-serving lies and excuses, like what we get from the stable genius.

  8. Just a suggestion from a friendly Canadian neighbour: why not make someone like this guy your president next time?

    1. Sorry, But we are gonna get another old white guy who wears adult diapers and pretended to have asthma to get out of being drafted

    2. Because our two party system puts too much power in the hands of the Dem and Rep parties. The DNC and the GOP almost get to dictate who we get to choose from.

    3. Tempting to think that everything would be better if we just let the military run the country (or military people). But you’ll most likely end up with fascism, somewhere between North Korea and Starship troopers

  9. Wait, wait, wait. I thought Trump was the “Commander In Chief?”

    This guy is a commander.

    Period.

    1. This guy is doing what he was *commanded* to do by *one amazing leader.*

Watching you people praise everything Trump actually does while continuing to cling to 24/7 #orangemanbad is hilarious.

    2. Nameless Progressive Clone if I had to choose which “leader” to follow. It wouldn’t be the ones the Trump followers are. I would be led into a dead end.

  10. U.S. Army definition of leadership “Leadership is the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish the mission and improving the organization”.
