Is Trudeau in Africa again… I can’t tell what he is doing lately. He is completely aloof. I never saw any leadership qualities in him, because those skills are learnt, not handed on a platter. Why am I surprised?
I don’t see significant response to the crisis. He doesn’t instill confidence. He seems missing in action, as the rest of the world is attempting to formulate a respond and mitigate the hazard.
Me Should Justin be in self isolation considering his recent travels while all this going on. Not that he would be missed.

What’s the point of closing the borders and stopping flights now??? It’s already spread across the country because of air travel from other counties…that ship sailed 4 weeks ago. Thanks Trudeau, just one more total screwup from our fearless part time drama teacher.
The point of stopping unnecessary travel is to slow the spread to make more beds available to reduce the number of deaths that this will cause. 5% of cases will require a hospital bed, oxygen, ecmo, isolation in the hospital, ppe and trained staff. Slowing the spread will save lives.
Just quarantine the GTA. They wanted this melting pot.

Considering shutting borders after the virus is established in over 90 countries is laughable. Canada is sleep walking into a car crash for our healthcare system. I dread what’s coming for our doctors and nurses when our barely adequate services are going to be swamped in a few weeks.
