McCain had integrity. I wasn’t a fan of his views, but I respected the heck out of the fellow. And he would have been an honorable president. That Donald Trump was elected compared to McCain is incredible to me. Dude was a failed casino owner and reality television host. I guess anyone can be elected now? The integrity of the office has been compromised. Sad.

Lindsey Graham should be ashamed of himself. He knows damn well that this warrant is legitimate. What a legacy to leave. Whatever Trump has on him, it must be devastating.
I met him in 1990. But we knew him as colonel Graham. He would pick up a guy who lived in our dorm and take him for the weekend to Charleston. This was at the university of North Carolina at Asheville. The guy he picked up was a nice guy from Charlotte, and openly gay. So, we just assumed Colonel Graham was his sugar daddy.
He does not have the capacity to feel shame.
George speaks to my soul when he talks with such emotion about how such low moral character on the part of one party’s leaders is a flashing red warning sign about the potential fall of a democracy.
The GOP politicians know better, but their craven pursuit of raw power threatens to destroy us all.

The moment someone says “they planted evidence” before any evidence has been revealed should tell you everything you need to know. He KNOWS there is evidence of wrongdoing at Mar-A-Lago, and by trying to get out too early claiming “planted evidence” has shown his hand and just how much he knows he’s guilty.

I’m old enough to remember when “flip-flopper” was a dreaded insult to politician. This guy redefines the term and is unapologetic for it. This coward and his cohorts are aiding and abetting at this point. Lindsey’s “good friend” John McCain has got to be turning over in his grave.
