You are trying to apply a rule of law that applies to a defendant (5th Amendment – self incrimination) to a judge who is non politically biased. If the legislators want answers then ask questions that she can answer rather than those that do require opinion surrounding a desired outcome.

Further if she holds those beliefs how can she be expected to rule fairly on 14th Amendment issue pertaining to women that come before the Court, almost all civil rights cases that come before the court are 14th Amendment cases.
