This is the lamest excuse I ever heard. We were afraid he was going to get away with it, so we got an absurd deal. He was off prison 12 hours a day during those 13 month. The victims were not notified, not agreed to the deal. You are an incompetent, resign.
He failed at his job. He is lying. He did not follow the law, which was his only damn job. He allowed a pedophile to continue abusing minors. He has no place in government service and should be behind bars himself for criminal negligence.
