Alberta confirms seven more cases of COVID-19 in travellers

The seven new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Alberta on Tuesday involved individuals who have travelled from or through 11 different countries around the world, though Alberta’s chief medical officer Dr. Deena Hinshaw says it is too early to know where each person contracted the virus.

  1. What about the one’s illegal crossing our borders .Where are they from,are they being quarantined .

  2. Seriously they still tell travelers to isolate if they have symptoms? Without symptoms they should be isolated too.

  3. Thought the risk was low? Thought face masks were useless? Just remember folks, the Russian government told the residents of Pripyat that all was okay, no need to panic or leave the Chernobyl area! These twits will lie to save their wallets from emptying..

  4. So, basically, it doesn’t matter if you haven’t travelled because we are all surrounded by those who continue to do so. That was my take right from the start. “Oh, you haven’t been to China, you silly willy, your safe lol” – Yeah. Right(sarcasm)… I knew it!
