For a hurricane to last that long is unprecedented. Those people are scarred for life.
I cannot even imagine the horrific of hours~
@Brian Barton not a bread crust here bud
Lisa Weaver, FEMA will not record the deaths. The Bahamas is a sovereign country.
@Lisa Weaver FEMA is a USA agency. The Bahamas is not part of the USA and never has been.
@Brian Bianco
That’s true but the US will begin pumping in aid by the shipload. They always do. In fact they have already started. Thankfully
I’m in Trinidad and Tobago..and we’re getting ready to send aid up!
@Kelelicia George Ignore the haters
@Amber Holliday And I thought Conservatives were heartless people
Everybody i have ever met from Trinidad was always very cool nice people
@socal rocks you truly are sick
I hope the people separated will be reunited after this hellish experience!
There is evil on both sides. Trump 2020
NDFOOTBALL
Yang 2020, the Yang Gang welcomes you.
Homes built in these areas should be built of steel and reinforced concrete and on stilts.
And have low cost insurance!!
Don’t worry the Clinton foundation is on it. 😂😂😂😂. Hide your children.
Should have been named hurricane Damien.
@joseph Howell There was a movie i think called the omen. Damien was a little boy that was the bringer of destruction. Probably before your time, dating myself.
Tsunami Damian
I think MOLASSES/// should be the name
@4 ever yeah…she was real fkn slow

tim kat Lovely, creative post. Thank you,
@Virginia Lawler fake. The “reporter” actress is standing in front of a green screen. That island has been allegedly damaged by a hurricane, but cnn was able to get there with no problems and with no aid what so ever, Yea ok. Notice that the actress is NOT walking around because she standing in front of a green screen inside their cnn studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Fake.
tim kat I was there it was horrible
@Vigo 894
I agree. All those goddam emojis are worthless as hell. And Pets! Who worries about pets when maybe thousands are dead.
All these extreme hurricanes are going to creaste a new wave of refugees. Islands are the most vulnerable to climate change.
Trumps gonna need more cages.. and more black sharpies.. 🤔
Ur smart and yes this is part of a plan. Heartbreaking tragedy these people experienced
These islands are no longer inhabitable, as soon as planes can land and ships can dock these people will have to be relocated to the southern islands.
Im not sure about climat change. Do some research on hurricanes. Search about the galveston tx hurricane of 1900. Killed thousands. Hurricane in the year 1935 also had 185mph winds. 1979 we saw hurricane david at 175mph winds plus thay same year hurrican frederick..
And what about all the hurricanes before technology that we couldnt record…. its intetesting
The Great Hurricane of 1780, also known as Huracán San Calixto, the Great Hurricane of the Antilles, and the 1780 Disaster, is the deadliest Atlantic hurricane on record. Between 22,000 and 27,501 people died throughout the Lesser Antilles when the storm passed through them from October 10–16.
jacqueline schael good thing I don’t care. Haha
I think they know what they need. food, water and bulldozers
Water filtration, mres, tarps,
Find lost ones before bulldozing
@Goya Beans
Good point but when those bodies begin to rot….then diseases can spread like wildfire. But yes, I would definitely be upset if I had a family member missing and a dozer was pushing away any chance of recovery.
Tough call either way
EVERYONE IS SENDING FOOD, WATER, GENERATORS, AND MORE. WE WILL STAND WITH YOU . SENDING PRAYERS AND BE STRONG.
Goofboy coming with paper towels drain the swamp
The orange goofball is not stupid political suicide for him
The Orange clown is not showing up…he’s still trying to prove that Alabama was in the path of the hurricane!
TRUMP 2020 good vs evil
Well Bahamas ain’t even US territory Soooooo. Sounds like International Assistance to me, not US Primary responsibility. Nice try Libs
And this hurricane haven’t moved much it moves inch by inch…it took so long to move away from the Bahamas..now it is a cat 3 I’m not sure where it is hitting now..
I feel certain that radio amateurs are also handling a lot of emergency and welfare traffic.
Three years in a row, start of a big hurricane in the ocean at the west of Africa, building cat 5 allllll the way towards the Bahamas, and Dominican Republic
I sort of tried to make a small documentary about hurricane Dorian and Florida. I just started this channel and wonder what you guys think of the quality and quantity. Thx and stay safe🇺🇸🌴
Helicopters can land anywhere get them aid NOW !
Exactly! What the hell is going on, where is the US military? They have a Total Helicopter Strength of 5,760 and the greatest Christian nation on earth can’t deploy at least 100 of them to help evacuate these people to the southern islands??
No use getting aid in, these people need to be evacuated, there is nothing left there, no shelter, no water, no hospitals, no communication, no food, no electricity, they need to be evacuated NOW!!
@Thyalwaysseek they are there. The coast guard is there, too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PypGi8M29Q
My heart goes out to the people of the Bahamas. I have family there who have lost everything but thank God they have life. However after hurricane Gilbert in Jamaica we learn to build really sturdy structures. So I hope my neighbors will do so. Praying
It sucks when they tell you to evacuate. In the Bahama islands there is no where to go.
rdmanone
The Bahamas has 700+ islands, all of them were not damaged. It is difficult for the poor to leave because it take money and resources to leave. For those who had the resources to leave and didn’t shame on them!
My heart and prayers go out to every single person affected by this storm.
Destruction, sadness and desolation. Prayings and blessings for the civilians who lost their homes and businesses in the Bahamas.
