    1. @CNNOTHING BURGER LETS GO BRANDON!!!
Good job 👍 Your need to post bs comments like this only makes your agenda look even weaker & more desperate ;o)

  1. he chose to go out, not with a bang, but with a whimper. this is how history will remember General Flynn.

    1. @C D and the worrying thing is how many other nuts work there that we know nothing about? 😟

  2. I think the USA Tax Dollars need to stop being paid to a Retired General who is working against the foundation that feeds him!

    1. @Elizabeth Dillon That was a perfectly expressed simple English sentence. It does not require any more explanation for people with primary school level comprehension. And I won’t bother with those who without.

    2. @Watchman so in other words beyond that statement you made, you have nothing to back it up. No reason, you just must have heard it someplace but it really doesn’t mean anything

  3. If you can’t say that you support the peaceful transfer of power as a veteran, you should be stripped of your retirement and benefits.

    1. @AbbersJ Traitors, particularly miliatary who is under a oath, should be court martialed and thrown in the brink. He has done some…really traitorous things.

  4. It’s simple really. Pleading the 5th signals conscience of guilt. That being said , place him back on “active duty”, then hit him with a court martial charge. Enjoy Levinworth.

  5. That last question blew my mind when I saw his response. Either he supported an autocratic coup or he was privy to ‘the plan’ and did nothing to warn everyone about it.

  6. Lawmaker: Do you Rudy swear you were never intoxicated during your time in the Trump administration?
    Rudy: I plowed a fifth..

  7. Pleading the Fifth when asked whether he believes in peaceful transfer of power🙁🙁🙁
    Our democracy is so fragile

  8. he swore an oath uphold and defend the Constitution; he needs to lose his rank and military pension TODAY

  9. Can we change the official response when pleading the fifth amendment from “I plead the fifth” to ” I’m guilty as hell, but don’t want to rat on myself, so it’s up to you to prove it”? Let’s call it what it is.

    1. @Robert To be fair, he wasn’t pardoned for his most recent role.

If you get him under oath for Russian influence, he can’t plead the 5th.

    2. @Alec Pridgen o ok 👍🏼 with so many rules and variables between civil, criminal and whatever kind of trial the 1/6 committee is considered I wasn’t sure what the rules are. Thanks for clarifying 👍🏼

    3. I think it is time to disband the fish and answer the goddamned questions. We are paying for all this bullshit. They owe us money for every fifth they plead. Stop this nonsense.

    1. @Julie Maxwell American jurisprudence stipulates that compelled speech can’t be trusted. If a person isn’t going to freely answer you than the chances are greater than normal that they’re just going to tell you what you want to hear.
Furthermore, American jury’s are instructed by the judge that a defendant using his 5th Amendment right is not to be taken as an admission of guilt. The defense is under no obligation to help the State make it’s case against them, nor are they even obligated to mount a defense.
John J contends using your 5th is admitting your guilty. Ok. So, the multiple people I listed are all guilty, right? As are the thousands upon thousands, and probably millions, of other people who have utilized that right since our inception, right? They’re all guilty.

  10. “The mob takes the 5th” -Trump

“If you are innocent, why are you taking the 5th amendment?” -Trump

One of the only times I completely agree with Trumps words, I guess even a broken watch is right twice a day.

  11. Imagine being so openly against his own country. That’s what a call a super traitor. He has zero shame.

    1. Uses the system he hates, to hide behind. Yet he is happy to cash the pension checks. Traitor should be worm food.

  12. As a US Army veteran I say the Department of the Army needs to call him back to active duty and court martial him and revoke all his benefits and rank.

  13. Flynn, an former general took the fifth on basic questions on his patriotism. His actions should at least merit a court martial.

    1. He’s not a “former” 3Star General. He still retains his title of that rank, plus all the military retirement benefits he receiving… all of which should be stripped. The Army must recall him to active duty & being him before a military court, find him guilty of breaking his oath, and give him a dishonorable discharge.

  14. It is crazy he thinks answering if “he believes in the peaceful transition of power” will incriminate him… says a lot.

  15. They both exactly know they’re guilty. “The fifth”… It’ s totally insane what criminals we’ve had leading our country.
