People inside that agency are culprits too. Their palms are greased to. Face to face identity needs to be mandatory inorder to get mortgage, name changes and getting government officials documents like birth certificate, TRN, License, voters id, and other documents

True, it happens in the USA everyday. They sell lots of fraud protection here and if millions of people buy the protection at $19.99/29.99 USD per account, that is a billion dollar making business for companies. There should be a way to avoid all of this foolishness that they put people through.

The RGD needs a complete overhaul! It seems to me that their main goal is to collect money! They make sloppy errors and overcharge people then turn around and deny any requests for refunds. If you follow them, your life will be ruined!
