The Five Big Problems With Texas' Bid To Overturn Biden's Win | Morning Joe | MSNBC

    1. I think he is aware he is in a lot of trouble if/when he leaves office, so his only “hope” now hinges on his election-fraud claims.

    2. san fran nan knew about the china spy, having relations to get information for the chi-coms. thats the kind of people you want in office.

  1. I can’t believe that 74 million people voted for Trump after his criminal negligence in not telling the American people about how bad COVID is.

    1. @Joseph Harris no one saw them because they didn’t happen. One man accidentally voted using his father’s ballot because the names were the same but didn’t notice the date of birth being different. His vote was voided and he hadn’t voted in any other way. However, two republicans were convicted of voter fraud in Pennsylvania. Was that what you were talking about? The republicans?

    2. When a country such as Germany lost its soul to a man like Hitler, the world paid the price. America is losing its soul to Trump. History has a way of repeating itself.

  2. This is just another opportunity to see Trump and his supporters humiliated.
You think they would be tired of that by now.

    1. Republicans approve of the American farmer, but they are willing to help him go broke.

They stand four-square for the American home–but not for housing.

They are strong for labor–but they are stronger for restricting labor’s rights.

They favor minimum wage–the smaller the minimum wage the better.

They endorse educational opportunity for all–but they won’t spend money for teachers or for schools.

They think modern medical care and hospitals are fine–for people who can afford them.

They consider electrical power a great blessing–but only when the private power companies get their rake-off.

They think American standard of living is a fine thing–so long as it doesn’t spread to all the people.

And they admire the Government of the United States so much that they would like to buy it.

      HARRY S TRUMAN 1947

    2. well, maybe you should feel a little ashamed. those are the votes that kept him out this time around. they were ashamed they ever bought his sales pitch and they corrected their mistake. WE THE PEOPLE

    1. I don’t think MSNBC as read or understands the constitution.

First Article 3 of the constitution says States can sue other states and that goes to the Supreme Court.

Next, what are they suing over? Articles 2 of the constitution says the judges or others can’t change the rules of an election only state legislation can do that. Voting rules in swing states changed by judges or other officials to allow for mail in ballots during covid. Also not verifying signatures. That is illegal because state legislation didn’t change the laws others did to allow for fraudent votes.

Also the 14 th amendment says all ballets have to be treated equally and by not having illegal votes. Any other questions?

    2. @homefly00 All those issues were addressed already in law suits in those states. The republicans already lost in those cases. Trump wants to STAY IN POWER, period.

    1. @Nob the Knave If democracy can only exist due to fraud and corruption as your perspective suggests then I would agree – needs to be completely invalidated!

  3. Hard to believe, but some people “thrive” on chaos and confusion. That’s Trump and his devoted followers.

    1. They’re the type of people who would come out to enjoy public executions, or watching the early Christians get torn apart by lions.

  4. As a texan, I’m so embarassed by this whole thing. Our state government officials stay making clowns of themselves.

    1. @Yeshua Zeff Except no one disenfranchised those voters. Voters for Trump in Texas or Louisiana still got to vote for Trump in Texas and Louisiana. Pennsylvania and Georgia still have the right to conduct elections as they see fit. This lawsuit is a nothing burger.

    2. @coconut gelato don’t be embarassed, Texas is doing the right thing. Those states were not even following their own election laws. The judges refused to do their job violating the law because they don’t want to be “that guy”. Because lets face it, the dnc is supporting domestic terrorists.

Also the 14 th amendment says all ballets have to be treated equally and by not having illegal votes. Any other questions?

  5. If Trump and his minions would have put this much effort into their sworn duties the country would be in a much better place.

    1. When a country such as Germany lost its soul to a man like Hitler, the world paid the price. America is losing its soul to Trump. History has a way of repeating itself.

  6. This is all about Paxton pandering for a pardon from Trump and Trump padding his retirement fund with donations from supporters.

    1. That is to show you how stupid they are. tRump likes to tell them that he’s a billionnaire, but ask them for money to save his behind while they are unemployed and dying of Covid-19. He did a good job on them.

    2. @Yeshua Zeff “https://youtu.be/v-tb11okydc” Eight minutes and forty seconds in and I see blurring bias. He does not point out that all the claims in the lawsuit have already been tested in the States courts and found to have no merit. He states that some of the claims have happen without having evidence of those claims actually happening. He also says that Scotus will have a challenge deterring if these claims are constitutional, it’s the evidence, yet to be presented, which is what Scotus will need to make that determination, regarding the claims made in the lawsuit. I’ll keep watching …….

    3. @Yeshua Zeff “https://youtu.be/v-tb11okydc” Yet another incident of him stating that a claim in the lawsuit is poven. And another incident of him stating a claim as if it’s already been proven. He states that Democrats have no rights in taking legal action regarding States election laws, so he’s also saying that Republicans can’t either, as in the actual lawsuit he’s read out? This guys is so far from neutral it’s a joke, is he even an actual attorney, or just a lawyer as in he’s just managed to pass a law degree examine? He states that Photo ID claim is what actually happen and isn’t just a claim in the lawsuit. He states that if Scotus does nothing about the claims, no mention of any evidence, “what will happen going forward?”, again stating these claims as if they are proven facts. Then he just spews out as if all the claims have been proven, without seeing any of the evidence: https://youtu.be/v-tb11okydc?t=1176

    4. @Coward Hackers you actually wasted your precious time watching this garbage? Well you have more patience and tolerance than I do. And I thought YouTube was supposed to be blocking these election fraud videos anyway. I reported that fool Yeshua or whatever he calls himself.

  7. How are people still supporting this the pandemic is raging, jobless, homelessness and people in food lines for miles and the Gop and trump are wanting power at the expense of the people

    1. @Peter Truong and i was respond to the topic, and you jump in ask me to prove it. with out rephrase any words related to the topic….so stupid head shut up! unless youre in the topic.

    2. @Bo Cap So, Proud Boy you can’t handle rejection either can you? You trumpers are a bunch of weak kneed dolts who think their man hood is represented by the size of your guns. Nope you’re all a bunch of wussies.

    3. @Bo Cap The proof of absolute fraud for starters. Why do you think all the courts tossed out these claim? No evidence.

    4. @Bo Cap No it hasn’t. OMG are you people ever ignorant. I’m 66 and I’ve never, ever seen anything like this at all. Why don’t your kind pack up and go live in a country where you’ll be ruled by a dictator. All you do is spread lies, misinformation and covid.

  8. To anyone who enabled the Reality Show Charlatan in Chief:

We know who you are and we know who to vote against.

    1. George republicans-β€œdon’t vote for the republicans on the Jan 5 run off , don’t give these republicans candidates your votes” this is the head of the Republicans saying this maybe listen? The election πŸ—³ has been decided already , maybe vote for the winning president and winning team the democrats

    2. Lol…Eric Swalwell sleeping with a Chinese spy. This is the guy on the intel committee researching “Russia collusion”…dems are too much πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

  9. The #1 problem: Trump is orchestrating a scheme to defraud America from which he’s profiting. It’s called racketeering.

    1. Trump lost money by being president. The DNC is filled with people who get elected to get rich at the cost of America. Such as the bidens.

    2. @Andy Smitty it’s cause all of them are corrupt. There’s a reason msm hated on the president so much.

  10. Just imagine how many people may not have died of Covid if all these states had got together to force a mask mandate.

    1. yeah compared to other Asian countries the cases is not high because early stage of pandemic people start to use mask, so face mask is really a big help

That is illegal because state legislation didn’t change the laws others did to allow for fraudent votes.

Also the 14 th amendment says all ballets have to be treated equally and by not having illegal votes. Any other questions?

    3. Imagine how many people have died from abortions, drug overdoses recently, both supported by the Democrat party.

    4. @Mike Yes there should be personal responsibility but if we just depend on that we wouldn’t have laws about wearing helmet, seatbelts, speed limits, no cell phone use while driving, etc. These are created to combat the ramifications of lost lives due to actions or inactions. When these laws are created and still not bringing down the accidents or death toll caused by them, we make them stricter. Like cellphone use while driving – law made, people didn’t listen, stricter fines in place, still too many problems, so even stricter measures are in place.
Mandatory mask wearing shouldn’t be any different. If your first set of measures aren’t working you make more. When they don’t work you make more.

    1. @Carol Perdue lets me remind you that the rumoredΒ came from a famous guy that the worldΒ know who he is. you can not put the word ‘ IN GOD WE TRUST” on us dollars ONLY ON EVIDENCE.

    2. @Bo Cap If someone claimed voter fraud and presented an affidavit and signed it, this person is a cybersecurity analyst and former congressional candidate you would think he would ensure everything is top notch before presenting? Affidavit describes evidence of voter fraud with townships listed and data showing more votes than voters, percentages and the works. Would you think that person would ensure they had all the correct data and the correct townships before signing and presenting in court of law?
Well he didn’t. He used Minnesota population and listed Minnesota townships claiming they were in Michigan. I guess with names like ‘Detroit Lakes’ as townships people would think they are in Michigan but they weren’t. Human error or hoping no one would notice since it was presented in a Georgia court?
Someone who is a cybersecurity analyst and former congressional candidate for Texas should ensure his data is correct before presenting. Ramsland is his name and he is even a self proclaimed voter fraud expert – nice expert.

That’s not even the sad part. This was Nov 18th and despite this affidavit already debunked in a court of law, Trump retweeted this affidavit on Nov 24th. Ramsland has even spoken on Dec 3rd in these meetings with senate about fraud. Why? He has already proven he is incompetent at analyzing data accurately which the proof of that was presented in a Georgia court by Lin Wood as exhibit Q.

How can people take anything serious about voter fraud from a president who shares an affidavit riddled with errors as proof after it has already been proven to be inaccurate and full of errors.

    3. @3shayll riddled with errors as proof? who certified that, did the supreme court certified that?.. “proven to be inaccurate” who proved to be inaccurate? did the supreme court proved that? if so what evidence did the supreme court show people to fix the rumored of stolen election that spread out like COVID-19?

    4. @Bo Cap good bye and do not respond to me again. You are talking nonsensical gibberish because you have no valid argument and you have no idea what you’re talking about.

    1. @Daytime Studios True, he’s being investigated by the FBI for bribery and corruption after eight of his former aides came forward and accused him of trading legal favors in exchange for large campaign contributions from a wealthy real estate investor. He’s also been indicted on state charges for securities fraud.

    2. I don’t think MSNBC as read or understands the constitution.

First Article 3 of the constitution says States can sue other states and that goes to the Supreme Court.

    1. @Janise Bartlett He used the bankruptcy laws to protect his assets but he claims that it was a strategic strategy that let him win. HIs way of avoiding the loser label, at least in his mind. Maybe if he could run his businesses better and not need to use the bankruptcy laws then he would be a winner. These complicated bankruptcy laws are around to help the rich protect their assets when they screw up.

    2. @Rhaspun Perhaps. However, he’s been a little loser since middle school at least. No one really raised him, just gave him money and opportunities he didn’t earn.

    3. @Joe Sniffs Kids Taxes evasion, insurance fraud, money laundering, election laws(Cohen) and so many more. Trump is a piece of shi…

    4. @Joe Sniffs Kids I don’t know about prison for him or his family but yes an investigation is being done as we speak. Ivanka even had to go in for questioning surrounding the inauguration spending.
They rented a room for the event at the Trump Hotel in Washington. The room was double booked that day. So two events using the same room, on the same day at the same hotel. One event paid $5,000 for their event and the the other paid $175,000. Funny price difference, how come two separate events have such a vast difference in fees for use of the same room, on the same day? Guess which one the Trump inauguration paid. Also the revenue goes to a Trump hotel, what family benefits from that hotel financially?

    1. I can’t wait till white house staff & officials start coming forward & talking once Trump is no longer president. Trump is under the impression that because no one has stepped in to stop him from his illegal assault on democracy, that nothing is going to happen to him for his actions or no one is going to hold him accountable. Just wait till he no longer has the protections of a sitting president. I think he needs to be very very afraid.

    2. I don’t think MSNBC as read or understands the constitution.

  11. Imagine if Red states put as much effort into fighting Covid as they did in trying to overthrow the election for lyin’ Don

    1. @Fritz Foster your harshest locked down area is getting more virus spread than your least locked down areas.

    2. @mark Javier Red states were preparing for covid while Trump was getting called racist for doing the main thing he is allowed to by law. Restricting travel from infected areas.

Btw, Trump won and the dnc always cheats in elections. My local area had a mystery drop of 15k ballots and somehow all of the errors seem to support democrats.

As biden said “The democrats have created the largest voter fraud network in history”

    3. @Vagabond Wastrel OMG Restricted travel happened what in Jan? Feb? in that time maybe 20 documented cases nationwide. How well did those restrictions help when the virus started to really spread in March? Did they work? If the red states were preparing for Covid during time of restrictions would mean they were preparing in Jan/Feb – HOW DID THAT WORK OUT? WHY ARE THEY HAVING TROUBLE IF THEY WERE SO PREPARED IN JAN/FEB?
Announcement was made about arrival of the virus in the Americas around Feb 26- after the travel restrictions. This is when everyone was warned about looking for signs of growth for possible epidemic and take measures to prevent and/or limit spread in their own countries. From March 10 to March 15th there was an increase of over 2,000 cases nationwide. On March 15th President said don’t worry everything under control
So when there were only 20 or so documented cases over a two month period – travel restrictions in place to prevent Covid. When there was over 2,000 confirmed cases in 5 days – nothing done and public told not to worry.
What the heck is prevent people travelling to America from infected countries going to do if droves of people are returning home from trips being told don’t worry about it? That is what happened! People travelled and returned home and spread the virus in their countries.

    4. @Vagabond Wastrel As for lockdown areas, that happens when the spread is going around too quickly. It’s when other measures aren’t working and last resort to curb the spread is lockdown.
I live in a place that reduced it’s numbers a lot over the summer. Despite hardly having any cases towards end of summer they implemented mandatory mask wearing as restrictions were being lifted. They started it in August in preparation for the 2nd wave and the arrival of fall. They didn’t wait for cases to arrive. People in my area thought it was odd because we had Covid under control. Even I thought it was odd.
With hindsight I realized my area didn’t want to wait for the virus to do something about it. They were being proactive. Now we have zero closures, kids go to school, bars open. Even a nearby town that has almost 50% population of 65 and over started up their dart tournament’s for fall. All we had to do is follow health measures and where masks indoor in public places. Now we have less Covid cases than in the spring, much lower! If it does come, it stops with that person or their household and so far this fall NO community spread, unlike in spring. You can’t stop every case, it will happen – but you can’t stop and/or limit the spread.

If you start measures after things get to be a large issue, results won’t be seen right away because the virus has already spread like crazy! For every one person diagnosed, there could 2-5 walking around undiagnosed depending on the spreading rate.
