  1. Glad he is well but sad that America trusts an actor rather then politicians (actually replace politicians with “medical experts/virologists) about the truth about Covid-19.
Trumpublicans have much to answer for…

    1. @Michael Bray
Actually, people shouldn’t have to trust politicians or actors.
The playbook for pandemics/heath crises clearly states that the people standing behind the podium should be medical experts NOT politicians. Ignoring that guidance a primary reason C19 is so pervasive; it became a political rather than medical issue — exactly what the playbook warns against.

    2. @YouzTube99 a valid point. I will amend my initial comment to strike politicians and replace it with medical experts/virologists.
      Thanks for the clarity!

  2. My wife and I just have mild to moderate symptoms and it is scary enough. Do everything you can to avoid the COVID virus!!

    1. My brother’s family (him, his wife, his two teenage daughter, and his wife’s parents) all had Covid, and all experienced different symptoms. His wife’s mother was hospitalized for several days. His youngest daughter had the most mild symptoms (general achiness, mild cough), but she ended up with lung damage. Yes, most people survive Covid-19, but many of those survivors will feel the effects for the rest of their lives.

    2. @CShield This is the scariest illness that I have experienced!! It is unpredictable and has a myriad of symptoms which affects everyone differently. My wife and I won’t hesitate to get the vaccine when it is available for us. We don’t want to take any chances of getting this virus twice!!

  3. Didn’t know he had been ill with Covid19, so glad he’s doing well, I agree with a previous comment, his character Toby was brilliant.

  4. Toby Ziegler = Kate Bedinfield
Josh Lyman = Jen O’Malley Dillon
    CJ Cregg = Symone Sanders
    Leo McGarry = Ron Klain

    Get well soon, Mr Schiff!

  5. Donald tRump has never once held a Fireside Chat to console us in his 4 yrs in office & this last yr. of Covid-19.

    1. That’s because Roosevelt tried to be a president for Americans, even those that voted against him. Trump is only interested in playing a role for the minority that voted for him.

  6. 54 days/22 hrs./37minutes remaining until CadetBonespurs tRump is removed from office on January 20th/2021/12:00 high noon!

  7. The West Wing should be mandatory viewing for all Americans.
If you really want to see how the sausage is made, watch The West Wing.
P.S. Try not to laugh too hard, or cry too much. It’s that good.

  8. Well wishes to you both. Love you in “The Good Doctor.” Now that I learned you were in West Wing, I will watch that too.

  9. Thankful that he came through it and that he is using his platform to really show, explain to people how bad it truly is. Its an amazing Thanksgiving gift to his friends and family to have him home.♥️

  10. You can tell what a hard time he’s having forming sentences. We still don’t know the long term effects of covid and you might get lucky and come out of it but what’s your quality of life going to be like after? As someone that has chronic health issues you don’t want to live like this! This isn’t a life worth living! I can’t work, had to give up on having kids, I’m not married…. this isn’t the life I dreamt for myself! If you can avoid this life do so!!

  11. The West Wing. The best show ever on American TV and Richard Schiff was a huge part of it. Best wishes to him and his wife for a complete recovery. Much love also to the rest of the amazing cast of that unforgettable masterpiece. M xx

  12. I was already a life long fan of this entire cast because of The West Wing. I didn’t know I could love them more.
