It’s just the media taking advantage of an otherwise unused label that
would have been used to describe the alternative media that isn’t bought
over by the major networks and corporations, along with the people who
either follow such news networks, or share similar ideologies.
As it stands today, it is a “group” that consists of conflicting ideologies
and positions; sustained only out of sheer spite toward the left and their
dominance in the media, and their attempts to control the culture of the
US. The ‘alt-right’ consists of ideologies that span from as far as
complete anarchy, to monarchies, to classical liberalism (basically
“libertarianism,” if only that the themes of ‘freedom’ and ‘nationalism’
are held in equal value).
Just a massive diverse group of folks unhappy with Republicans AND
Democrats, the establishment is terrified, so they’re trying to boil down
the made up ‘altright’ into a easy to understand hate group to shove down
normal Americans throats.
