That’s amazingly backwards. Liberals have been hiding behind Covid at every opportunity. Shutting down parliament during a global crisis. They have made numerous unprecedented and overreaching power grabs. They filibuster in the committees and ineptly fumble virtually every file. All they do is spend money we don’t have on their friends or on transparent vote buying. No rapid tests, no plan for a second wave, no leadership of any kind. They can’t even side with the Five Eyes community and ban Huawei. Then they threaten an election to continue to cover up what is an obviously huge scandal. Wake up.
From all these comments I would say that there are a considerable number of Canadians, like myself, that want to see some accountability for once and stop the seeping corruption in our democracy. Just a hunch.
Okay, now the Conservatives are just playing “Pull an opposition rabbit out of the hat” and this will backfire on them.
Evan Canadians aren’t as transfixed by Covid as you’d like everyone to believe. An honest and ethical government might actually be more effective at dealing with the unimaginable debt crisis the liberals have created. And be better equipped to deal with Covid since they won’t be constantly obfuscating and covering up their scandals. They might even have the confidence of the house and Canadians and be able to move things forward without fear of being ripped off or mired in scandals. The WE scandal cannot be swept away even by the obviously partisan and biased MSM. Shame on you for trying.
