I agree, though the prospect of achieving the 66 seat Democratic super majority required to do so is practically non-existent in this election. It may be achievable in 2022 when the Senate election map will once again favor the Democrats. Since I view Trump’s entire presidency as illegitimate (he did lose the popular vote by 2.8 million) I would argue that if the required super majority came to pass the Senate remove Gorsuch and replace with Garland, and remove Kavanaugh’s seat to Obama, and remove Coney Barret to be replaced by a woman who will honor RGB’s legacy. There are several talented women on the left coasts supreme courts, Justice Kruger of California, Justice Nelson of Oregon, Justice Whitener of Washington state. If you prefer justices with federal experience there is Justice Wright of the US district court for Minnesota, Justice Pillard of the DC court of appeals, Justice Kelly of the Eight Circuit, Justice Jackson from the DC district court.
If at first you don’t succeed , impeach impeach again.

Correct. Except in the case of Al Gore when, for some reason I can’t remember anymore, who the winner was was under question. It was taken to the Supreme Court and they decided Bush won.
So, if Trump* loses, and he can’t manipulate the Electoral College, then he might take the matter to the Supreme Court where, with this last judge they are pushing through, he along with Moscow Mitch have been packing the court. So, theoretically, with three Trump* appointed judges and a majority of conservatives, they should vote in favor of Donny Do Nothing all Day* no matter what the evidence shows
