    1. @Patricia Wilson you must be a Democrat because all Democrats do is call people racist without proof because they cant debate the facts. You’re pathetic Haha #Trump2020 #FuckBLM

    1. Ballsacksaswinging you’re wrong twice. It’s they’re* and there are too many bad apples. Abuse of power is not justified, ever.

    2. royston mason don’t drive a car that has a tail light out 1, and 2 don’t give the police crap when they pull you over for it. He obviously resisted like blacks tend to do and we have the same out come. It’s called compliance genius. Love how dumb people relate common sense to racism. You’re the problem.

    3. @Ballsacksaswinging see you just proved you don’t know wtf you are talking about because he wasn’t the driver moron.

    4. Anthony Carroll got me with that they’re. 99% of all police shootings are justified. We have thousands and thousands of arrests and the people that are smart enough to just listen to the cops just get put in jail. Why don’t you just look at it as one more person dead that can potentially hurt an innocent person. George Floyd pointed a gun at a lady and her kid, the naked dude out in the middle of the road was telling the cops give me your gun I’m gonna go and shoot everybody in that house. Jacob was sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend while the kid was in the bed. Then going to reach for a weapon. Such upstanding citizens. Only morons and losers defend the criminals and that seems to be all of you in the comment section. This guy right here was trying to bite the cop. The black guy that shot the two cops just sitting in the cop car. And you wonder why they want to use force against Black people because they are violent. If they have rap sheets and they know who they’re dealing with they have their guard up. Also i used talk to text. Then I go back and correct it and that slipped by.

      Calm down Dixie Taliban!
You are the definition of sewage. I mean you keep crawling from your manure filled Havel to spew nonsense like some poorly trained parrot.

I don’t need to. You are already standing in front of it, and we both agree that; the creature that is your reflection is truly odious, pitiful and totally divorced of any ability to string together a logical thought, if it’s life depended on it!

      Hey Helmut you are back!
It looks like I triggered the single working brain-cell in you oblong shaped head!

    1. Yup the sympathetic nervous system kicks in and you get a fight or flight response and most people who think they will die will fight.

    2. @Dohm Ghuek or it’s because they grow up in neighborhoods where air quality is low thanks to factories they live by or waste that energy companies dump in like coal ash in michigan for instance.

  1. REAL HEROES ARE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HEART AND HELP OTHERS RESPECT TO THE NURSES AND DOCTORS OUT THERE ❤💓💓💔💟💞

    1. @Jason m being a patient man, I’ll wait patiently for you to post the video time of where it clearly says it or even mentions it🤔…since I know you won’t be able to provide it, you can eat the semantics part and release it in the toilet where it belongs, respectfully said sir👍. If you’re not a reporter for fox news, you very well could have a future there😂😂😂

    2. @M B she read from the lawyers statement so just chill the F out. And sorry I saw it in a GMA clip where where they said he wasn’t the driver.

  2. Another case of police abuse, we’re only seeing drops in the bucket at the moment, it’s going to get much worse.

    Good luck!

    1. @SineEyed 2020 It’s not clear if it was, but the circumstances are suspicious. They pulled over a lyft driver for a broken tail-light. Walker was the passenger, and they demanded walkers ID. He had none and said he didn’t need any due to being a passenger, which is when they pulled him from the car and started the altercation.
There’s no clear details on what happened at that point aside from tazer use and what’s seen in the video.
People say he ‘bit’ the officer, but that’s what the Officer claims happened, I don’t know there’s evidence. Sounds to me like “he had a gun” or “he turned menacingly” or any typical cop excuse.

    2. @OceanFragments genuine question: what motivates you here, to take the position of criminal apologist? Also, are you not aware of your biases coming into play? I’m referring to your _”or any typical cop excuse”_ remark. This, to me, clearly shows a bias has shaped your perception of what occurred. You’re missing something due to being emotionally compromised in this way – and that is the most reasonable and obvious assumption that anyone should be making here, given that we aren’t yet aware of what happened just prior to the altercation. Since there has never been a case where the police grab a completely random person for no reason whatsoever other than that they enjoy wrestling on asphalt, the only justified assumption we can make is that this individual somehow some way acted out in a manner of willfull noncompliance, which ultimately lead to their necessary implementation of force.

How is the only reasonable conclusion, the one which eludes you?..

    3. @SineEyed 2020 Allow me a genuine response:

genuine question: what motivates you here, to take the position of criminal apologist?
[I must admit, it’s difficult to answer someone seriously when their language expresses pre-judgement. It makes me question if this is a ‘genuine question’ but I will act as if it is. By and by, I was re-stating the facts of the case, and pointing out the spots we don’t know. The ending had a bit of my opinion thrown in there, yes, because there seems to be a pattern of behavior at work. I’ve actually had a friend who’s come under assault from cops who blamed her for an action she didn’t take, so you’ll pardon me if I am biased. I find it curious you use the term ‘criminal’ here since we don’t know if any crime has actually been committed yet. I’m not sure we have the entire video, as many have pointed out, leading to this speculation.

Also, are you not aware of your biases coming into play? I’m referring to your “or any typical cop excuse” remark.
[I am bias, yes. I’ve had bad experiences with cops on even routine issues, and I’ve had people close to me affected by them as well. There’s plenty of good ones out there, but if they’re doing their job, you’re not really noticing them this way.]

This, to me, clearly shows a bias has shaped your perception of what occurred.
[We don’t have the full picture of what has occurred, but I am curious why two men needed to hold down this man. Let’s assume that he did, in fact, bite these men, it’s not visible in the video, so the additional blows to the head, which are visible, seem like they are excessive or retaliatory. It’s clearly not assisting in subduing the already fully pinned man, so you might call this ‘excessive force.’ Unless their intent was to render him unconscious, which is still excessive.]

You’re missing something due to being emotionally compromised in this way – and that is the most reasonable and obvious assumption that anyone should be making here, given that we aren’t yet aware of what happened just prior to the altercation.
[I must say, what one considers ‘reasonable and obvious’ in this day and age is highly questionable, at best. Based on your language here, I can make pretty solid assumptions which side of common sense you come from, so I’m not gonna engage this particular point any further. You’ve already made your own decisions, but I do agree we’re lacking in details. I went and researched it further though, which brought me to my suspicions (the ID issue, which doesn’t make any sense. I’ve seen a similar video where police harass a black man about his ID.)]

Since there has never been a case where the police grab a completely random person for no reason whatsoever other than that they enjoy wrestling on asphalt, the only justified assumption we can make is that this individual somehow some way acted out in a manner of willful noncompliance, which ultimately lead to their necessary implementation of force.
[Cops may have some justification for approaching an individual, but the problem lies in how they choose to handle a situation, or to de-escalate it. That justification may be flimsy at times too. We don’t know how this man reacted after being pulled from the car and to make assumptions about it is fallacy, so it’s pointless to argue further. I’m not actually sure why you call it “Justified Assumption.” Would you care to elaborate in more stark language?]

How is the only reasonable conclusion, the one which eludes you?..
[Again, I would love for you to elaborate in plain English why you consider your own conclusion so reasonable.]
