@ZUR13L I actually agree, you make a good point, diverse points of view are important. But I believe making a big deal about it is counter productive. It should be circumstantial. Wouldn’t it be better if it wasn’t mentioned? Then diversity would just occur naturally because it won’t be noteworthy. Otherwise you get people (like me) who will feel that the color of her skin or gender gave her an unfair advantage, rather than her creating her own advantage through her actions (which she probably has done). On the other hand, at that level of politics they’re part of an entirely different cohort of society that doesn’t identify with common people of any particular skin color or gender so diversity of the individuals is probably meaningless anyway.
