    1. republican logic: Flynn did nothing wrong, that’s why t’rump fired him for lying to Pence about his ties to Russia.
      🤔🤷

    1. Mainely I’m going to guess you didn’t listen to Sally Yates testify today to not the mistakes that were made by the FBI but the crimes committed by the FBI. It was priceless to hear Sally say that she had no idea that the FBI had determined on January 4 that general Flynn had done nothing wrong and was ending the investigation. All she knew was she was in the oval office on January 5 as they strategize on how to keep going after general Flynn. It was also great hearing Sally Yates testify that she did not know that the FBI knew the dossier was fake and paid for by the Clintons as early as July 2016. If you say this is not true are you claiming that Sally Yates lied under oath today to damage your own party?

    2. @Ro G If you didn’t get a reply on you ignorant comment, you’d be talking to yourself. By the way, Yates agreed with Graham that Comey went rouge. Indictments are coming.

    3. @Enco Encomen But we’re 90 days from the election. I thought you all were mad at Comey for talking about investigations in 2016? What’s different now in 2020?? 🙄

    4. @Ro G
That has been the democrats/deep state tactic all along, drag this out until another establishment puppet is installed in the White House…back to business as usual. Back to weaponising law enforcement

    1. @Rob Dim are you completely ignorant to how our legal system works?? You must be. The burden of proof is in the accuser…it is not their job to prove that those they accuse are innocent…they must prove guilt. You are buying into a completely false premise.

    2. @Damian Draven Don Jr lied about nothing….the interpreter who stated he didn’t like Don Jr corroborated his story. Not sure where you get your information but it is not factual.

    3. @Big Jim Slade he lied about the meeting, lied about who was in the meeting, lied about how long the meeting took. At first he knew nothing about that meeting. When caught in that lie he said he forgotten because it was only a few minutes with a couple of people. When both of those lies were found out we got to the eight people in the room if fifteen to twenty minutes where he he said they were suppose to have dirt on Hillary turned into “Russian adoption”. That is a lot of lies for “nothing”.

    4. @Rob Dim making up new laws or dusting off old laws that never seen use in 100 years is a really weak case to make.

    1. @Zach Snow maybe you are going to prison when mueller unseals all 60000 of those indictments of seditionist q-tards

    2. @Lars Jones The same Robert Mueller who acquitted Trump of Russian Collusion LOL…. I bet it’s hard for you to think with one brain cell.

  1. Thank you, Sally Yates, you’re truly a remarkable, admirable, courageous person. Sen Leahy corrected Graham as he should.

    1. @russel herman and is that the same type of cowardice as framing people so as to gain political advantage as you G.D. rotten democraps have systematically and consistently done for years now,you brainless ,feckless con !!

    2. @Peter Schotanus don’t feel left out Brutus they will come for yours as well ,you spinless scud !

    3. @VLADIMIR TROTSKY You may consider therapy. Not just any therapy. Your anger is intriguing. Try lithium, maybe it’ll calm you down. Of course there’s the possibility of your outbursts and hostility being a projection of your selfhate for having voted for a mad king, a conman, a lying, cheating usurper. And I understand, this must be a painful experience. May Xanax can help you out in that case, start with 20 mg. Any hoo,v the best therapy? Burn the past, turn the page, crack on and smile.

    4. @Peter Schotanus I don’t do any drugs but I do get off on living rent free inside your head ,I win loser !!

    5. @VLADIMIR TROTSKY Ahhh the infantile term “loser”… a Trumpian banality. You’re not very educated, are you. Live with your shame and be a man, not a child.

  2. So in other words, they will relitigate the impeachment trial evidence, but dismiss the evidence of Russian Bounties? Sure..that makes sense…

    1. If you listen to the whole hearing. . .
Yates testified: If she had to sign the fisa papers again today she wouldn’t because of false information and errors, one of the materials was forged by the FBI, and also admitted her subordinates went around her (rouge agent) They pushed forward a mostly false dossier funded by the DNC to discredit Trump. She didn’t say every word above but she agreed to it happening multiple times . . her explanation of why doesn’t clean up this debacle. Trump can discredit himself now the previous Admin has stepped in it. “When they go low we go high” Good job now Americans are losing faith in both sides.

    2. The intelligence agencies have not concluded on the validity of the Russian bounty claims. You want us to act aggressively against a major foreign power based on a “maybe”?

    3. @Paul Greenleaf You are right, except for the Steele Dossier. Nothing in it has been disproven, although the Russian “golden showers” hookers seems doubtful.
Big Warmy – Only the NSA, run by a Trump appointee, disputes the Russian bountys. No Trump appointees in the last two years have been competent or loyal to the U.S. over Trump. And name ONE instance where Trump has sided with U.S. intelligence agencies over Putin. Just ONE!?

    4. @Dennis Harrell Here’s what I want to know if Trump really is Putin’s puppet and if Trump was really colluding with Russia how can the US government, most powerful government in the world forced to forge, and manipulate to get Trump. How has he been that successful hiding everything. When ever an allegation is brought forth no one can produce any good evidence. Really makes me question everything because when Trump got in there were endless amount of people in government that wanted him gone and it took years for Trump to fire most of them.

  3. Don’t forget Flynn also lied about being a foreign agent representing Turkey while simultaneously serving as National security advisor. That’s bad enough.

    1. 3LD
and don’t forget Hillary used a private server at home to send and receive classified emails. That is even worse.

    2. @Alex Hamilton I was unaware Hillary was POTUS. So you are telling me HRC is responsible for this daily sheit storm of incompetence and corruption? Thanks, guess I don’t like Hillary then.

    3. @Alex Hamilton uh oh..careful there dude..so does ivanka, geatz, jordon, kelly anne, drump, nunes..etc.

    4. @Alex Hamilton Like Ivanka did? Remember… And Ivanka went on even when it was exposed. Hypocrites…

    1. @Wild Weasel exactly 😂😂😂you can tell she lying signed fake dossier but did nt know it was fake 😂😂😂

    2. Crimdor Polling locations are disproportionately being closed in urban areas creating long lines and ridiculous distances to be traveled for those wanting to place their vote.

    3. Cycle of Life – oh you mean urban areas where people don’t have the money to social distance and take this Virus seriously? Well no $hit some of those communities are getting shut down.

    1. How dare they get to the bottom of the biggest scandal in US history. They busted her lying several times.

    2. @eltorocal I know you libs cannot accept truth and facts as you’ve been so used to being lied to for so long. Actually you’re likely not even a US citizen like most of the anti-Trump clowns on here.

  4. Screw Republicans! They didn’t want no witnesses or documents during the impeachment now they wanna hear testimony from the ex-deputy a.g?

    1. Impeachment? For what? With what? Just because you think someone’s guilty. Doesn’t mean they are guilty. And the transcript of the phone call exonerated Trump. Go to law school please. And learn how the law works. Ok? Thank you.

    1. Richard Courtney… do you live or work in any of those communities? I do and there IS absolutely healthcare, there are jobs and there is opportunity. As I stated in my earlier post I work in community relations and people have to beg for people to attend job fairs.. many would rather receive WIC,,or public assistance.
So unless you’re on the ground like I am don’t tell me to try again cause I walk it almost daily. The policies put forth by the Democratic Party are hurting homeless and poor more than anyone because they tell them they have no responsibility in their outcome. They will always be victims of an evil society and their only hope is to rely on the crumbs they toss to them.

    2. @MsOhhmg I am very involved in the black community and yes, I am black. If you were involved in the black community, then you would know that Byrd was not the same man that he was in the 60s, 70, and the 80s. He started supporting minorities and women in the 1990s until his death in 2010. So, I find what you have said is a bunch of crap. I know that Byrd was a KKK member, but he repudiated that group. That is a fact. As you can see know, the KKK of today votes for Republicans. That is another fact. And we blacks know the history of both the Democrat and Republican parties. You say that your experience don’t tell you to look up facts. Based on that, you sound quite hardheaded to me. Do you think that Trump is a racist? I’ll bet that you don’t. It is quite evident that he is. But, I will leave this link for you about Byrd since you chose to remain hardheaded: https://thegrio.com/2010/06/28/the-evolution-of-robert-byrds-racial-politics/

    3. @MsOhhmg There are those in the GOP who still want these confederate statues and names of the 10 army forts after confederates to remain. The governor of Virginia is slowly but surely taking down those statues of racists who betrayed this country. Most blacks like myself are forgiving of one’s past actions if they are willing to admit that they were wrong. The confederates never admitted any wrong doing. Many died still hating blacks and this country and yet, there are GOPers who still revere these racist tratiors!

    4. Greg Scott… the same Governor that was in blackface?? Anyhoo I agree the statuses should come down but not by a mob, but, by vote and civil debate.

And I don’t believe ANTIFA or BLM are open to civil discord or forgiveness of anyone except those that help shape their narrative. After Mayor Frye from Minneapolis tried to talk with them, they cursed him out. Even after he was lovely enough to let them burn the city down. And there is no forgiveness for this country for the sin ( and it definitely was a sin) of slavery.
But if you mention the criminal and problematic past of George Floyd etc, you are racist etc. I am not open to any conversation that is one sided and doesn’t tell the truth across the board. Be it Democratic vs GOP, black’s issues with cops or any other topic.

    5. Greg Scott…believing Byrd was a changed man sounds naive. It’s a fact that racist like Byrd, decided to change tactics. Pretend to be the friend of blacks, insist fathers leave the home and throw crumbs. That was far more successful than being active in the KKK. If this country is so systematically racist, why do Africans come here and thrive, their skin is the same as the American born blacks? And if all you need is a weak apology to think someone has changed that’s your prorogative. I’m moved by action. Yes Donald Trump has said some crazy stuff but he has implemented positive policy for blacks. Joe Biden just said blacks have no diversity of thought and has committed to end school vouchers, which help under privileged kids go to better schools. But he’s a Democratic so he has to be an advocate for the poor and POC….yeah right.

  5. In 2015, Western European intelligence agencies began picking up evidence of communications between the Russian government and people in Donald Trump’s orbit. In April 2016, one of the Baltic states shared with then–CIA director John Brennan an audio recording of Russians discussing funneling money to the Trump campaign. In the summer of 2016, Robert Hannigan, head of the U.K. intelligence agency GCHQ, flew to Washington to brief Brennan on intercepted communications between the Trump campaign and Russia..

The contents of these communications have not been disclosed, but what Brennan learned obviously unsettled him profoundly. In congressional testimony on Russian election interference, Brennan hinted that some Americans might have betrayed their country. “Individuals who go along a treasonous path,” he warned, “do not even realize they’re along that path until it gets to be a bit too late.” In a 2017 interview, he put it more bluntly: “I think Trump is afraid of the president of Russia. The Russians may have something on him personally that they could always roll out and make his life more difficult.”

In July 2016, a loose-knit community of computer scientists and cybersecurity experts discovered a strange pattern of online traffic between two computer servers. One of those servers belonged to Alfa Bank in Moscow and the other to the Trump Organization. Alfa Bank’s owners had “assumed an unforeseen level of prominence and influence in the economic and political affairs of their nation,” as a federal court once put it.

The analysts noted that the traffic between the two servers occurred during office hours in New York and Moscow and spiked in correspondence with major campaign events, suggesting it entailed human communication rather than bots. More suspiciously, after NYT reporter Eric Lichtblau asked Alfa Bank about the suspicious communication between the two servers, but BEFORE he brought it up with the Trump campaign, the server in Trump Tower shut down. The timing strongly implied Alfa Bank was communicating with Trump.

One big unanswered question is why were Trump and his people having so many interactions with Russian officials and Russian operatives during the campaign? They were having more interactions with Russians than Americans.

On April 18, 2019, a redacted copy of Mueller’s report was released to the public. The Mueller report builds on the U.S. intelligence conclusion that there were two campaigns to elect Trump— one run by Trump and one run by the Russian government. The Mueller report clearly identified connections between the Trump campaign and Russia…

A total of 272 contacts between Trump’s team and Russia-linked operatives were identified, including at least 38 meetings. We now know that at least 33 high-ranking campaign officials and Trump advisers had or were at least aware of contacts with Russia-linked operatives during the campaign and transition, including Trump himself, Don Jr, Manafort, Flynn, Jared, Papadopoulos,  Rick Gates, and Roger Stone, just to name a few. But what’s worse, is the fact that they all lied about these contacts. None of these contacts were ever reported to the proper authorities. Instead, the Trump team tried to cover them up, every single one of them..

The question every American should be asking is why were there so many contacts(272) between Trump’s people and Russian officials and operatives, and why did Trump and his people lie about those contacts?

    1. @Earl Putnal no it does not. If it was that simple why have so many people lied about all the meetings and been sent to jail.

    2. @Ray Wint Because here in America there’s a double standard. When it comes to breaking the law. Haven’t you been paying attention for the last 4 years? I mean the Alzheimer patient got away with lying about giving a billion dollars to the Ukraine. If it didn’t fire the current prosecutor. For investigating his son and for investigating Buresma? So why should Trump be held in accountability? That’s the beauty of government power man. Lol

    3. @Earl Putnal WRONG IT WAS A DEAL WITH OBAMA CLINTON BIDEN AND RISE / AND TRUMP STOP IT ! THAT IS THE REASON WHY DEMOCRATS ACCUSE ANYONE OF THE THINGS THAT THEY DO WHEN COTT !

    4. @Adriana Harari Ok. I thought it was because of his business dealings at first? Alright. Good. I’m glad I was mistaken then.

    5. Biden acted as part of a united international effort to get rid of a corrupt Ukrainian prosecutor who was not doing his job. The EU supported the demands for the prosecutor to be fired, and Biden as VP was part of that effort. He did NOT go off on some rogue operation on his own, and neither was Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma when it was being investigated, and as far as I remember, Burisma was cleared of any wrong doing. GOP has nothing to smear Biden with, so they are making it up, using the likes of totally discredited people like Guiliani

1. lily and murphy is someone with secrets. None of which make he or she or they trustworthy or effective.

    2. You know whenever someone’s over the target simply by watching leftists react by completely ignoring the issue and go off on tinfoil hat tangents.
Fact is Yates lies to Horowitz and submitted fraudulent documents to a FISA court.
The only thing that can save her now is America’s two tier justice swamp

    1. Seems Repubs are more concerned about how to not get caught asking for Interference from hostile powers than they were about preventing the interference or holding anyone accountable. Why am i not surprised?

    2. @David Gray Sally Yates just told you that she knows now the Russia collusion stuff was fake. She told you she now knows the stuff in the FISA warrants she signed were lies.

  6. what is this garbage?? lol there were literally SO many important take-a-ways from this testimony & that is your clip?? what a joke, come on.

  7. Lindsey no longer knows how to deal with an honest person of integrity like Sally Yates. Soul sold.

    1. There is enough on her now thanks to this testimony to charge her for signing off on those FISA warrants against CIA asset Carter Page. She had to back track her earlier testimony that she never read the FISA warrants when pushed by Josh Hawley but I guess that bit passed you by like so many others.
You should give praise to your horned god for the likes of Graham, McConnell, Paul Ryan and the other rino’s without them many of your deep state overlords would be rotting in Gitmo by now.

    2. It’s so sad. That with all of the transcripts and revealed investigations. That you’d actually say that? OMFG. LMFAO.

    1. They are setting up Super Patriot Comie as their fall guy despite overwhelming evidence that the White House (Obama & Biden) were running the whole thing.

  8. Gotta love feminism. Don’t cut her off just because she is a woman, let her answer the question. Lol.
