Fun fact: The Catholic Church got $1.5 billion in bailout money. Despite the fact they don’t pay taxes and are a religious organization.
Yet, the 20 million Americans who work in the restaurant industry and live paycheck to paycheck just got their $600 per week benefits cut. Not a good look, America.
There are a lot of Catholic hospitals, etc… unlike most Christian cults.. at least they can pretend to deserve some of it. Frankly, their blight on the world doesnt justify funding them.
