@Jackpot Clothing I agree that you shouldn’t be living in fear, alert not anxious was a phrase used early on with this outbreak and I think it still holds for the most part. Still we should all do our best to limit the spread to protect those who are especially vulnerable and also to get places back to being opened up safely.
I’m in the fortunate position to be in New Zealand where most things are back to normal already. Tourism isn’t doing well for obvious reasons but we’ve managed to kill all community transmission and only have 27 cases all coming from overseas in managed isolation. Definitely feel safe here.
I’m not going to say you are wrong but it seems incorrect with all the travel restrictions I’m seeing. You may have access to travel due to citizenship or something else maybe? Regardless of that the self isolation period seems extremely odd, risky and counter to WHO guidance. I’d be prepared to isolate for longer regardless just on the off chance you do get sick or they are wrong about the isolation conditions.
In any case I wish you luck in your travels, hopefully everything goes smoothly and you continue to be safe.
