GOP Senators’ and Representatives’ response to Russian bounty hunting and Trump’s failure to respond to Putin’s aggression:

They didn’t pass up a moment to accuse Hillary of murder, but now that It’s there guy, they make up nothing but excuses.

@Stephen Kelly Yes, the difference between now and then is our president wasn’t in bed with them. You cannot honestly believe that this is the same as what happened during the Cold War. Trump is complicit in these actions, complicit through inaction. We also trained Bin Laden how to beca terrorist, so what? We were in indirect conflict with the SOVIET UNION. Trump and his family are afraid to say BOO to Putin because they would face financial ruin. That’s why nothing has been done or said about it. Look into Trump’ family business connections with Russia. Trump is looking out for Trump post White House. He would be financially ruined if he butted heads with Putin. So, don’t even try to go there and rewrite history to sell YOUR narrative. I was in the Cold War. I trained every day to fight Communusts. If MY CINC had been in the same situation, it surely would have been addressed and handled.

@Mark Cross – We can convict the Republican Senators of Treason (or at least aiding and abetting acts of treason) in their determination to not abide by their oath of office to defend and protect our Constitution. When they let McConnell talk them into blocking all legislation and failing to provide a legitimate Impeachment Trial to remove Trump from office peacefully, they were making active choices to undermine the American government. The COVID-19 deaths and disabilities are just the most recent fatalities that the Trump administration has rung up. Add to that the slaughter of children and adults in schools, churches, shopping centers, movie theaters and mass public gatherings. Add to that having our soldiers fight for the goals of other foreign countries. Add to that Putin’s declaring an “open season” on our soldiers, complete with a bounty reward. Add to that refugee infants and toddlers who have died or will never see their parents again because no one took the simple minded step of identifying them before putting them in cages. These are far more than a racial issue. The Republican Party has declared war against Americans. We will take the Republicans out of power. The Electoral College may or may not fail us for the presidency, but we can control every other office through the popular vote. Prosecutions for treason and financial misconduct do not need to wait for any election. Too many have believed that they were untouchable for far too long. It’s time for We the People to take back our country.
