Makes sense. I live in California and everywhere I go, I’m usually the only person wearing a mask.
I live in the foothills of California and our town as soon as they were told could start re-opening no one was wearing a mask and after the order came out it was required by the Governor our mayor told everyone they didn’t have to wear a mask and we have Trump supporters on our main street coroners holding signs saying recall Newson and holding American flags and other signs saying they had rights ): I just don’t get people sometimes!!!
We were doing so well in CA… however, SoCal never got their numbers down. We can’t reopen without the right precautions. The virus is still out there, looking for hosts.
You marxist dictator want the economy collapse as more testing more Coronavirus but deaths are the best in the world and trying to overthrow a Presidentcy and economy for power isn’t working

Governor Newsom did right by early lockdown but people needed financial help and the Feds didn’t come through. Trump’s public denial of the severity of the virus and refusal to support the recommendations of healthcare practitioners was a big influence on people not practicing physical distancing and wearing masks therefore people’s desire to get out party go to the beach and get haircuts seemed to be a greater priority than getting sick infecting others and possibly dying.
